I canceled my order the day after ordering. You didn't ship for at least two days afterwards and ignored my cancellation. Not cool.

Doc Holiday Whiskey set came damaged in the box. Door cracked which had to be before it was packed. Seller will not respond and it’s worthless the way it is for over 200 dollars ! 3 emails still no response. Discussed being ripped off !

The package was sent via UPS and the delivery address could not be changed due to the senders restrictions. Then after 8 business days the package could not be delivered for “Compliance Reasons”, and was sent back to the sender. UPS then showed the package as successfully delivered. I called and emailed all the phones numbers and emails that were listed off the multiple sites and links (web, shop, ups - all had different points of contact for “Preet’s Liquors”) and never received an email or call back. Thankfully my package has been reshipped via FedEx and is now in route. It has now been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my package.

It has been over 2 weeks since the order. It has not been shipped yet. Efforts to reach out and communicate have not been responded to. I would like a refund to my credit card.

***UPDATE*** Just talked to someone in the store and he indicated all UPS orders are being returned to store. He offered to send immediately again and will send via express delivery. I didn't request that, he offered. Changing rating to 3 stars and if package arrives before Saturday will change to 5 stars. ******
I placed an order (#44923) on Feb 17th and all items were in stock. On Feb 24th, I got an email saying order was on way, On March 3rd got a tracking email saying order had been delivered, to a NEW YORK address? I live in Minneapolis, MN. I have called the customer service number (goes str8 to voicemail) and sent email to staffatpreet at gmail.com. I have yet to get a reply or call back. Is this site legit?

I have yet to receive my package

My package was not delivered to me. It showed as delivered and then I saw the delivery address was in New York and I’m in Texas. It was returned to the sender. UPS informed me that there was not proper documentation for the liquor delivery and was returned back to the shipper. I sent an email 4 days ago and never received a response. I called the phone number listed and nobody answered. I was not contacted or provided any information about my package and am stuck in limbo trying to figure it out.

Never been to Preets personally but have made a few orders online , always great service, never any issues , Preets is about 3000 miles from me , and yet I prefer it over other stores , 5 star service , always great or very fair prices , fast shipping . Highly recommend to all no

Was sent the wrong bottle. Reached out to support via email and phone but never heard back.

Recently purchased a very expensive bottle of Grey Goose vodka. When it was delivered the bottle was wrapped in saranwrap and bubble wrap. When I unpackaged it I found the label was falling apart and the bottle was leaking and the cork was loose. I emailed pictures and a video as well as left 2 messages however nobody returned my attempts to reach anyone. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE
