I ordered two Johnny Walker bottles for two different Chinese New Year Animals. It took over a month for my order to actually be shipped. Once it was shipped one of the bottles I received was wrong. It then took a few weeks for me to get someone to reply to my request for a return so I can get the correct bottle I ordered. After I returned the wrong bottle I never received the correct one. I finally had to threaten a credit card dispute so I could get a refund for the one bottle. Absolutely terrible experience ever step of the way.

I still have not received my order. Its been over 2 weeks.

They were somehow responsive but the bottle arrived without the seal, not in the original box of the whiskey which is okay but without the seal I do not trust to consume it. I’m still waiting on them to send me the return label.

Quick shipping. Good communication. Well packaged.

I tried ordering a bottle online and it wouldn’t let me, saying something was wrong with my address. I reached out to the owner and he personally fixed the issue and shipped the bottle to me. I’ll definitely be using Preets again. You rarely find customer service this good.

I was skeptical about ordering Whiskey online but i saw reviews and gave it a shot. They have great prices on second market hard to find whiskey and reached out personally reached out to confirmed my order before it shipped. I love some of their bundles as well. Will only order from them going forward.

Hello, I ordered two bottles of Hendricks other Gin and one bottle of Drumshanbo for a present for a family member. I only recieved 1 bottle of each. I was refunded the money without the option to resend the missing bottle. I think it may have something do with Preets not wanting to spend the money on the free shipping of the third bottle could of got a bigger box. I think they should of send me my third bottle via free shipping or asked me if I wanted to make a larger order for additional free shipping. Dont assume for your customers

Great experience with Preets. They made a call to my home after hours to see if I wanted to substitute a bottle. They eventually found what I wanted. Great place
