It took months for my artwork to arrive, and it was smaller than expected with a large amount of white space between the painting and the frame.

Great quality but the lead time is lengthy so if you're in a hurry, find elsewhere.

Delay on order, cost of merchandise, etc.

They were extremely slow in shipping this order due to having a new warehouse.
I was moving to a new home in another county and the item was costly, so needless to say it was very stressful wondering if it would arrive before my move.

The quality of the prints is very low. We ordered the largest size available and every size is grainy.

I was so impressed with the customer service. This item was a gift and was delivered later than expected, but that was due to a change in warehouses. The company deducted the initial shipping costs because of the late arrival. I thought that was such a professional and kind action; something that will have me coming back again.

Delivery was delayed a couple weeks and the screws holding the wire to hang the picture are very shallow. One print fell and needed new screws. Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent customer service, we received our print with a scratch on the inside of the plastic/glass and they replaced it asap. In general, you will receive an all-together framed piece of art. The print, frame, and particularly the plastic/glass face are generally lower quality, you must keep that in mind.

Great product and great service

The quality is good, only complaint is how long it took to receive my order.

The picture was not the quality I had expected. It was not what I had envisioned from the art.com site. I should have returned it. That's my fault but I don't really like dealing with art.com
Also your delivery takes far too long

Was supposed to be delivered on Oct 1 or 2 and didn't receive til Oct 10. It was supposed to be a birthday so unfortunately that's why the rating.

The framing and at work are awesome!! The care taken and packaging of the picture and frame were amazing. There's nothing that could harm the at work while in shipping. Thank you.

The piece of art we received is very nice, and arrived well packaged. But it came four weeks later than the date identified on the website when I ordered it. I reached out to inquire what was happening when it was a week late, and the reply to my inquiry was the only update I received until our item shipped. I understand that you’re switching printing facilities and wish you luck. Maybe we just encountered unlucky timing with this order. But the delay and lack of communication was frustrating, and left us with a blank wall for an event that had inspired our purchase in the first place.

Shipping delayed and very slow. Received my painting almost a month later than expected. Received no notice about the delay and called the company. They did refund the shipping costs because of the delay.

The print and frame are in excellent condition. I would have given you five stars if it wasn't for a two and a half month wait on delivery.
