The artwork I ordered was of great quality and at a fair price. The only issue I had was that the order was placed in July and not fulfilled until October, many months later. I never received an update unless I requested one. Art.com did provide free shipping to compensate me.

The artwork, once I received it is high quality & very beautiful. It was very well packed & no problem with damage.The problem was the lack of communication to keep me updated regarding the shipping date. Ordered in July & got order in October. Until I made contact, I received no updates & was told production was slow because they were making updated changes in production - not what it says on your website. Even though I sent emails & called twice, they kept telling me it would come by the end of the week. It didn’t come. The persons I talked to were very nice & trying to be helpful, but I was not given accurate information because apparently, they didn’t have the information to give me. I would like to order two more pieces I found, but want to know more accurate information regarding delivery before placing order. We don’t stay in one place all the time. We travel & need to know upfront if it is not going to come quickly as it says on your website.

I would have rated this 5 stars but the framing company used by art.com screwed the hanger bracket into the very inside edge of the frame and as soon as I put any weight on it, the screw ripped out. I had to undo the wire, lengthen it, and drill new holes for the bracket. I fixed it, but not everyone is handy and has the tools to do it right. For as nice as the print is and how well it was packed and shipped, I would not have expected this poor level of quality control. An extra 30 seconds would have caught this. The person wrapping it would have seen the screw was not even attached. Otherwise it is absolutely beautiful hanging on the wall and the print is wonderful.

Very efficient ordering process and rapid delivery. What more can you ask for?

Wonderfully finished corners on frame.
Perhaps as importantly, was the method of packaging for shipping. Unlike the unusually large framed piece I received from Framed Art.com that arrived with minimal packaging and damage to frame, this art.com order had protected padding of corners; was double wrapped in bubble wrap; & the box itself was so well padded that there was no opportunity for the framed art to shift during shipping.
I am also very pleased with the quality of the print & workmanship.
I will continue to buy art prints from this company.

I received my art and immediately noticed a few minor issues, including a small chip in the corner of the frame and another in the mat. Most significantly, though, the hanging wire wasn't securely screwed into the frame, so when I went to hang it up, the screw tore out -- taking a chunk of frame with it. For an $800 purchase, these quality issues are manifestly unacceptable.

Even more unacceptable is the fact that I contacted Support 5 days ago, and I have not heard back yet. Not a single word. I would advise anyone tempted by the pricing of art.com to spend more and save themselves a lot of hassle.

Delivery took much longer than expected. No proactive updates from art.com. I had to request updates twice.
Picture does not look like the quality I expected for the $800 price tag. Would likely not order anything from art.com again.

I have used art.com several times but never had such a delay. Also, the packaging was a little over the top - seemed a bit wasteful.

I have purchased from Art.com in the past and have had positive experiences with smaller pieces. This time the piece was much larger with a frame different from any I’ve used before and the piece is beautiful! It was a bit pricey and the one disappointment is there was no option for the type of glass. The glass is reflective and at some point I will have it replaced at a local shop-more expense, otherwise, I am very pleased and will purchase from them again.

The item was very delayed and I could never get any sense of when it would be shipped. Apparently the placing of my order coincided with moving of your production facility. I was never notified of a delay in shipment and had to call several times because each time I called they told me it should arrive "in about a week or so". The first person I talked to was rude and very unhelpful. I think the third time I called I was told that the shipping cost I paid was being refunded as well as a percentage of the order. That was good. I felt Art.com should have reached out to customers who were affected by this long delay as opposed to making the customer call to check the status. The "status" never changed on your website. It always said "in production". Then all of the sudden it was delivered...about one month after the estimated delivery date when I placed the order.

Item arrived as scheduled. Really pleased with the framing.

The wait was ridiculous. I have loved Art.com in the past, their products and always got items withint 2 weeks. this last 6 to 8 weeks before receiving the item. Also you put some kind of hold on the payment and it hit my account when i didn't have the money available. all in all, it was kind of nightmare this purchase. Not even crazy about the item. seems blurry

Art.com carries wonderful art for the walls. I have ordered a picture here years ago, and I was so happy with the professional matting & framing, not to mention the picture, that I decided to order another picture now after two decades, because we are changing our decor. I highly recommend buying from Art.com. Items are packaged with extreme care as well. It's a company that can be trusted.
