I don’t quite know what to make of the long delay in shipping the second of the two artworks I ordered (on August 20, and not arrived yet). The only information I have from checking your website is that the “item is in production.” I would give you a better rating if you had been more forthcoming with accurate information and a stated reason for the eight week (so far) lag time. My other purchase arrived the day after I received an email from you that shipment would be “delayed.” As it is, the only reason I haven’t given you a worse rating is the sympathetic ear of your customer service people when I phoned to inquire two or three times about order status.

Our pastor had ordered a number of prints among which was one of St Feancis and St Dominic. As these two are the patron saints of our sister parishes, we decided to order a second copy to place one in each church. This task was assigned to me. I took a bit too long to do so learning this print was no longer available. I searched online to no avail. I called customer service and a kind staff person helped by confirming this item no longer in stock but directed me to other options. Although the first is lovely, the second choice is amazing. Easily ordered, quickly shipped and beautiful.

There was a severe delay (over 1 1/2 months) in shipping. When I called about it the rep could not check on the order at all which is disconcerting to a customer. The product was beautiful but the service was lacking. I have seen other reviews expressing the same concerns

I placed an order in July, which they billed me for immediately. It’s the end of September and they’re still making excuses about “cHaNgEs To PrOdUcTiOn” and “iNcReAsEd DeMaNd” as to why I still don’t have anything, nearly three months later.

Even more frustrating was how long it took to get in touch with someone who could help me cancel my order, and even then, once I did get them on the phone, they still took forever. Customer service is utterly lackadaisical.

This used to be a half-decent company. They’re terrible now.

I ordered two paintings in early July. It is September 29th and I am still waiting for an update on my delivery. I have called support multiple times and they have been unable to do anything. This is the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping.

When your company is going thru an operational transition that results in a 2 month product delay within your que you should drop your inflexible 'cancel timeframe' that you expect the customer to deal with instead of you creating a work around. I will never use nor recommend your company again. I followed your protocol and refused delivery. What a waste.

Great selection. Great final product. Great shipping!

Though there were unexpected delays, the package arrived with the art piece safely wrapped in bubble wrap. Corners were well protected as well. Even though the outside box was damaged, the art work was in perfect condition.
