We have noted your update. We would like to clarify once again that we have never requested you to compromise your principles. In our previous communication, we explicitly apologized for the frontline agent's inappropriate wording, initiated an immediate internal policy audit, and provided you with two standard resolutions.

As stated prior, our standard store policy does not support full refunds without the items being returned. To resolve this without forcing you to incur shipping fees, we offered a 50% partial refund as a gesture of goodwill while letting you keep all the items. Alternatively, we remain fully prepared to process a standard full refund upon receiving the return.

The resolution has been entirely in your hands. Since we have not received your confirmation on which path you prefer, no transaction could be processed.
