I ordered a football shirt on 21 June and gave the company plenty of time to fulfil the order before chasing for an update by email on 10 August. I received no response.

I then chased again via WhatsApp on 3 October, once again with no response. On 10 October, I tried calling them via WhatsApp, only to receive a message telling me not to call and to message them instead. I did exactly that, and suddenly received an immediate response.

The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and has highlighted serious failings in their order management and customer service. They appear to have no effective system for tracking orders, payments and dispatches, leaving customers to chase them months after placing an order.

What makes matters worse is the lack of response through their advertised contact channels. When challenged, they suggested that somebody else must have picked up the WhatsApp message, as though that explains the problem. It doesn’t. If emails and WhatsApp messages are repeatedly going unanswered, that points to a wider failure in the company’s customer service processes, not an isolated mistake.

Customers should not have to chase an order they have paid for that clearly hasn’t been dispatched , nor should they have to resort to repeatedly contacting a company just to find out what is happening.

Absolutely appalling service and a complete lack of confidence in their ability to manage orders properly. I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from this company. I certainly would not recommend them. They did however refund me once they responded, so that’s a plus. I got my money back 3 months after giving it to them!

Didn’t send the item. Didn’t respond to messages until I raised a PayPal dispute. Then convinced me they would send it with a sob story of them getting fined by PayPal. I closed the case but they never sent it and ignored my messages.

Absolutely shocking company no sign of my order impossible to contact wanted the top for a 40th birthday present. Do not use this company 🤬

Order never arrived. No communication whatsoever. No response to emails and the WhatsApp number given doesn't even deliver. DO NOT USE this company.

Avoid buying from this site. Didn't sent the right item. Didn't accept returns when I sent the shirt back and didn't return even the incorrect shirt. Just kept my money. Should be reported to Trading Standards.

I was a bit skeptical once I had ordered and then started to check out the reviews here. My order came after two weeks and honestly amazing quality. Couldn't be happier with my retro kit!

Ordered in March, still no shirt as I write on 30th June. Multiple chaser messages and request for refund ignored. Don’t use. Terrible service.

No Communication.

I've emailed, Whatsapped the guy, no response on my order and guess what it's now in it's 3rd week! Not even dispatched!!!

Do not order from this website!!!!! Ordered a shirt for my Sons 18th birthday on the 29/5/2026. Only received an email to say that the order was received and would get an email when dispatched. Should have been delivered around the 19th June which would have been the standard 21 days delivery time. When I ordered it I didn’t check the trust pilot reviews and if had I wouldn’t have ordered. Sent and email POLITELY asking for an update and why there had been no communication and if I didn’t get a response I wouldn’t open a pay pal dispute as I was now thinking it could be a scam due to the lack of communication from the seller. This was the response I received from the seller “ The box of orders containing your shirt only arrived today. It will likely be dispatched for delivery on Monday.
Please don’t threaten me. We are extremely busy right now, it’s World Cup time and orders have trebled, it’s the last thing I need when I’m up to my eyes in it.

According to his email it should have been dispatched on the 22nd and I replied saying I will give it till the 27th for delivery. 27th came and went so opened a PayPal dispute on the 28th 29 days after original order. Within an hour a dispatch email came through saying it would be delivered on Monday. Obviously thought about as he sent it 24hours via Royal Mail and it turned up on today.
I appreciate that it has been the World Cup and this seller may have been busy but if they had just sent an email to update I would have had my expectations in place.

If a less than one star review was possible then this is what I would leave. Ordered some Scotland attire on the 23rd of April under the assurance would be delivered prior to the start of June. Still no arrival and with a flight to USA on horizon multiple Twitter messages and emails sent with no correspondence from the company at all.

Will be pursuing a charge back request and furthermore even if orders do eventually arrive, will never use again and would urge people not to use this site.

Ordered a Mexico 1986 shirt and received it within two weeks. I have to say it as absolutely stunning and top quality. Thank you again Retro 10/10 service and top quality item

All good was a slight delay but they responded quick to say why cos of all the world cup orders im assuming its top quality but won't be wearing it until the world cup to find out that

Made an order in February still haven't received it none of there contact information seems to work total scam

1 star is misrepresentative, if I could leave 0 then I would. Ordered a top 4 months ago and I’m yet to receive. They haven’t responded to my emails. Avoid like the plague.

Purchased a football top which arrived, I retuned asking for exchange 4 months later no exchange. No refund and no communication, will open a dispute with my bank now. Don’t buy from the guy

Ordered a top on the 10/02/2026 it's now the 19/03/2026 and nothing sent 2 emails with no reply scam stay well clear

Positive Review. My order arrived late and there was a lack of comms but the product was as described.

Don’t buy from this guy, waited over 3 months for my custom tailights and randomly got my order cancelled by them, terrible with response time and they finally got back to me and said that they wernt able to “fulfill the order”. Guy picks and chooses what he wants to do

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY! Ordered 2 shirts for £55 in NOVEMBER. Recieved 1. Gave him the benefit of the doubt at first, then got excuses. He was quick to respond when i opened a paypal dispute asking me to close it as he would get a fine and a black mark against his business. Despite several assurances of getting the item.....still nothing! Contacted him by the 'new' email address & whatsapp and now looks like im blocked. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!

Waiting 7 months for my order. All i get as an answer on my emails, is automatic sent emails from them. AVOID!!
