Overall

Overall, our experience the past months here has been adequate. There have been moments of frustration regarding condescending communication about conference room use, as well as disregard from staff to even hold a door open while we were moving large items. While these have been single occasions, they do stand out and lead us to provide an average review of our experience here so far.

Great office

Clean building, great receptionist, love the kitchen and the amenities. Easy access off the highway. Highly recommend if you need a short walk or long-term office space!

My company has been using Premier…

My company has been using Premier Workspaces for over 10 yeas. Initially as a mail box and address service. Last year my company moved-in into a permanent office and signed a one year contract. The staff is knowledgeable, personal and professional. You just need to ask and they will do their best to meet your needs. The premises are amazingly clean, quiet, pleasant, and provide a professional environment. This is a great facility for visiting clients and/or vendors with High-tech conference rooms. This specific location is convenient, in walking distance to almost any resource such as food, Fed-X, Post office, Amazon store, bank, supermarket, and a lot more. Parking is free and plenty is available. The security amazing.

Great spot!!!

We rented space for two months for temporary office use. The entire team was so friendly and accommodating and very quick to respond with any issues or questions we had. Highly recommend this spot and we will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.

The surrounding competitors are competitively priced and some are even lower. But you always get exactly what you pay for.. Pay less you get less...

The surrounding competitors are either evenly priced or a bit lower. However, you get what you pay for. The price point of Premier Workspaces Corporation is justified for the excellent services, cleanliness, appearance, feature offerings, and security services and practices. I never felt a safer work location where I am totally focused on accomplishing my business objectives than with Premier Workspaces Corp.
The expectations of what was explained to the tenants about the roles of the staff members and their assistance to the tenants as well as their expectations of their tenants as far as following proper business etiquette and office conduct were made clear to us in the move-in period. As a result, there is a healthy work/business network culture resulting from the attentiveness of the General Manager Aaron, the Admin. Assistants Faye & Margo, Officer Nick (Head of Security), Juan (Head of Premier Workspaces Housekeeping), Gabriel (Head of IT Support), the IT Support Staff and Building Management & Administrative Team, Maria ( Building Housekeeping Manager), and Manager and Staff of the Facilities Department.
You can be sure when you walk into your office every day the trash cans are empty the carpets and wooden floors have been cleaned the kitchen and restrooms are sanitized and fully stocked and your mail is hand-delivered by the front desk staff to your personal desk.
The beautiful tastefully crafted and regularly maintained surrounding landscape, the exquisite gym, and the daily and evening security rounds of officer Nick has made it delightful to be here.
Thank you Premier Workspaces you have made my business journey that much simpler.

This is a really well run Executive…

This is a really well run Executive suites. I moved my practice here when it was apparant that I needed someone who would handle incoming mail when I was not in the office and still afford the ability to have events and meet my clients. As my business changes this is a great option for me. The staff is very professional and responsive. I have only gotten compliments from my clients.

Fabulous customer service. Nancy Hsieh, the Client Services Coordinator at my location, and Caitlan Guillen, the Assistant at my location, are both awesome. They are always professional and helpful with clients. I appreciate all they do for our center.

Very professional staff

Very professional staff, cozy office to spend time to work in. Definitely a place I’d recommend my colleagues. Reception is always helpful and prompt. Judy the office manager is such a sweet person to deal with. Hands down a great place to work in a positive environment!
