Thank you guys for the excellent service. Enjoyed the trip to Romania. Skoda Octavia I rented was the perfect choice.

O echipa de mincinosi. Am rezervat masina, am trimis documente, am finalizat proceduri si au adus masina cu diferenta ca nu au vrut sa o inchirieze dupa ce au vazut ca nu ma pot convinge sa merg pe varianta de garantie/depozit si prefer sa fac plata pe zi mai mare, daune zero, cu toate ca am discutat acest aspect inainte sa livreze masina iar ei ofera clientilor aceasta optiune.
Comportament de gangsteri, total lipsiti de profesionalism si respect.
Nu recomand!

Very good services and pleasant attitude.

Car in good condition , helpful and friendly staff , I will like to see the full tank policy back (at this moment they give you the car with whatever fuel and you need to bring it back the same , this is quite annoying , I've rented twice from them in the past 3 months and I've left more fuel in the tank )

Booking process was straight forward and looked to include all necessary excess reductions in one easy step. Look forward to seeing how the pick up and drop off service is when we arrive in Romania

Ho prenotato per un weekend in Romania e sono stati bravi e gentili. L'auto non ci ha dato nessun problema e ci sono venuti a prendere ed accompagnati all'aeroporto.

Hidden costs.
Different program from the one displayed on website. 25 euro for pick up or deliver outside this new program 9-18. 50 euros for both.
The price of insurance is different than the one displayed on their website. Not 7 euro/day but.. 12 euro/day.
Hidden separate cost for fuel. They block another 50 euro on card. Dynamic fuel.
Hidden obligations for scratches with exorbitant prices from 100 to 500 euros if the driver don't have police report.
Bad client service and desk agents, with bad attitude and no capacity to explain the hidden and illegal costs.
If you rent using any other online broker and not their website expect new hidden costs.
Different companies that provide the cars. You rent from one LTD and they make you pay to a different LTD company and sign term and conditions with the first.
I do not recommend to chose this provider.
