È stata una bella esperienza noleggiare da loro. Tempi rapidi di consegna dell'auto, prezzo abbastanza buono (la prima volta ho pagato 30€ per 2 giorni, la seconda 73€ per 3 giorni). L'auto (Dacia Duster 1.5tdi, 4x4) aveva pochi km. e un consumo davvero basso! Molto pulita. Ho lasciato un deposito cauzionale di 350€, recuperato nel momento in cui ho lasciato la macchina. Sicuramente noleggerò ancora da loro. Grazie

Everything was ok, but I was disappointed with an empty tank on picking up the car. I was told that I should return the car with an empty tank, but it is extremely hard to guess how much fuel the car will consume to bring it back with an empty tank. So I returned the car with more than half of the tank...
The manager told me that Full to Full rule does not work because of the situation with COVID19 but I do not understand how it explains an empty tank in the car.
I would prefer to use another rent car service for the short term rent to avoid overpayment for fuel.

Cea mai proasta experienta! Masina murdara, aerul conditionat nu mergea, cand am sunat sa-i informez, cel care este responsabil cu verificarea masinilor mi-a spus ca este imposibil ca masina sa fie murdara iar aerul conditionat sa nu functioneze - poate nu stiu eu sa-l pornesc. Cand in cele din urma mi-au schimbat masina au observat ca era plina de furnici (am si poze si filmulete).

Cand am vrut sa predau masina (am anuntat inca de la ridicare ca vreau sa o predau la 5:30-6:00) am aflat ca trebuie sa platesc o taxa de 25EUR doar pt ca o predau mai devreme, apoi mi s-a reprosat ca in masina este scrum fapt pt care am fumat in masina (chiar daca in masina nu mirosea a fum, nu era arsa tapiseria si exista scrum undeva batut de de vant pe bancheta din spate).

De cele mai multe ori am ales sa inchiriez de la Premium Rent si nu am avut nicio problema. Staff-ul s-a schimbat, oamenii au renuntat la customer service si customer care, asa ca si eu am renuntat in a mai inchiria masini de la voi.

Recomandare: predati cursuri de customer service celor pe care ii angajati.

Worst experience ever! The car was dirty and the ac didn't worked. When i called to let them know about my issue, the guy in charge with checking the cars told me that it's imposibile, i can't see the car is clean and i don't know how to turn the ac on. When finally someone meet me to change the car he say that was also full of ants. ANTS everywhere!

When i wanted to return the car (i told them when i pick it up that i want to return it at 5:30-6:00am and they said it's ok), i found out that i need to pay 25EUR tax because i want to return it earlier. Plus they also told me i smoked in the car and their only proof was some ash on the back sit. No smell, no nothing. Probably an open window plus some wind.

I used to rent cars only for Permium Rent but now I won't do it anymore. They changed the staff and they don't know any customer care or customer service.

Dupa ce faci reservare la masina, schimba reservarea in ultimele ore fara nici un motiv.
