I know they have my very exepensive
speaker as they have confirmed it but two months later there is radio silence on whether it can be fixed. I have sent several messages all met with ailence.

It is a very expensive speaker which i use for work and I have no idea if I will ever see it again. Do not use!

The company appear to respond to these reviews so maybe they could update me?

At first things seemed good, quick response about the possible problem with my Technics turntable, Felt confident that they knew what they were doing and they seemed to have experience with and the parts to repair the problem. I purchased a turntable inspection. All seemed good, FedEx picked up and I had confirmation that it had been received.
That was the last I heard, over a month later I contacted them to get an update, got no response. I then did some Internet exploring and found many negative comments about them and inaccuracies within their Web site.
I decided to requested my turntable back untouched, again no response, this went on for months until I had exhausted all possible avenues bar taking legal action, at which point I had communication from them and got my turntable returned to me.
So all I'll say is beware! The 'company' isn't as slick and shiny as the Web site suggests. If you use them be prepared for problems. I would give negative stars if I could due to the inadequate performance and total lack of communications from them.
To sum it up, I lived on a barge for years, I wouldn't touch them with your bargepole let along mine.... you have been warned.

Still waiting for a refund for a repair that hasn't been completed. Contact is non existent. They are a disgrace. It took months to get my equipment back and it still doesn't work

Sent in our Nintendo switch to be repaired. They said they only recieved an empty box 😡this clearly isn’t true, emails sent being answered. Police say it’s a civil matter so going to have to go higher to get my switch replaced

I had a very positive experience with Premium Tech. I sent my sat nav for a check, they kept me updated every step of the way, and I received my device in less than a week. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you.

These guys do sn amazing job and are very competent at finding a fault will definitely be using them again

Gave them a £500 MIXER back in October 25. Never heard back. Basically they have stolen it. Sent so many emails and messages on their website pleading for a response but nothing!.. DO NOT SEND YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I am still waiting for an update regarding the parcel I sent in September 2025. I have emailed twice to request an update but have not received any response. I would appreciate a prompt reply and clarification on the status of my parcel.

I have used Gamer-Tech now called premieretecrepair (?). I was very happy with the company and my laptop was repaired and sent back on time. There was a nice lady, Michelle who used to answer the phone and explain and discuss the problem.
Now there is no phone service and only email service they do not answer the emails despite repeated messages.still waiting for reply.

I have read several other reviews and it appears, this company is not worth waiting for if they don’t answer the message.

Their service had detetiorated badly.

I placed an order with this company, they never responded quickly at all so I decided to look at the reviews online and saw very bad reviews so I decided to cancel my order. My order was £49.99 when I asked to cancel my order they said they would refund me but would keep £8 to pay for the courier which hadn’t even turned up to pick up the item so I should’ve been refunded the full amount but I wasn’t

This was their response -
We have cancelled the order and issued a refund, less the £8 charge I mentioned.

With all due respect, you can pursue this however you see fit.

We have had our terms and conditions checked by Trading Standards in the past, and it was actually them who told us to put a clause in our terms and conditions to say that once a collection has been booked, that the customer is not able to cancel the order.

So, we don’t legally have to refund anything at all, but as we have not done any work on it, we are happy to refund everything apart from the collection cost as this had already been charged once the collection was booked.

You had to check the box to accept these terms on placing the order.

I will not be using this company in future and I suggest you don’t either. I found a much better company out there that does the job cheaper and has way better reviews than this place.

Please do not use this sham of a company. Sent my dj mixer to them and responses were prompt but when it arrived i was sent damage photos of my fader which have clearly been forcibly damaged. I was told the mixer had been poorly packaged which is rubbish as box was intact when eventually received my product back a few months later. It would appear that it was damaged by them to make me pay for more work. They didn't respond for nearly 6 weeks of me asking for updates. A disgrace of a company who are nothing but scam merchants.

DO NOT USE, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOU ITEM BACK OR BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY UPFRONT AND THATS THE LAST YOU WILL SEE OF IT

This service is a scam, do not use them and look elsewhere. They owe me money for a refund and are ignoring all of my emails.

Disgusting service, disgusting attitude, never answer the phone, just a ridiculous lying message.
Many many emails ignored, they've had my record player around 4 months now, legal action being taken to recover goods and payment.

Garmin satnav sent in October, message back from PTR saying no fault found.
Satnav has still not been returned to me and emails are being ignored.
Appears to be a scam company, out to make easy money and not do repairs.
If anyone from the company reads this review, you should be embarrased and really need rto up your game if you are genuine.

Update: 20/05

Finally had a response from Dan (19/05) to confirm a return of the device has been booked in and agreed to the refund. As of today, 20/05 - I have received the unit back (all good except the issue caused during the original fix) and pending receipt of the refund.

Things are incredibly slow and frustrating, in terms of communication, however I will say they have been very good with the associated actions once agreed.

If Dan can get the house in order and manage the business better I’m sure it would be fine. Feels very much a job too big for one person.

Update: 17/04.

I received another nonsense response to advise of a power cut in the area and pleading patience whilst they ‘work through the backlog’ of emails! This was the 2nd March and nothing further despite numerous chases!

Honestly, they are an absolute disgrace. All seems great to start with but then it all falls apart and you’re left in limbo constantly and fobbed off with nonsense excuses of power cuts or network issues.

@Dan, or whatever the real name is, respond to my chases and either pay to have my unit fixed or send it back and refund me for what I have paid so far!

Update: so after posting I finally get a response advising they can’t fix it due to it being the programme chip and it needs to go to a 3rd party company for Numark!

I have responded advising elements of the consumer act that it is their responsibility to cover any 3rd party costs or refund me and return my device.

No response again for over 2 weeks!!

Another negative review to add to the list!!

What started out a smooth process with Dan, I sent my Numark Mixstream Pro+ off for repair as one of my volume faders had snapped.

A couple of hiccups with collection but was well communicated and the unit was safely received, ‘fixed’ and subsequently returned. All was going well!

Upon attempting to use my returned unit, the headphone jack was no longer working and I couldn’t hear anything. However this was again a smooth process of communication and return to be further investigated!

It’s now been 2 months since and despite a couple of responses to advise still investigating and not sure what the issue is, I am now receiving absolute radio silence in any attempts to get an update!

Interested to hear what other negative reviewers that have seemingly been stung have done to escalate/get their unit back/reimbursement etc!

First rrpair would of got 5 stars only it came bavk with danaged screen Sent my sat nav to have a new screen as they damaged it and get no reply via email had since before Christmas 2025 gone broke i would say

sent my cd player in for repair. i got emails all the way through from joe and was repaired and sent back quicker than expected. great company. great service.
