Premluxemotors Reviews

Been dealing with Jon for a few years now. Always reliable and gets the job done quickly. Delivered my last car up to me within 7 days and it was a long drive, but no issue for him to sort it. Highly recommend and will definitely be using him in the future as well

Only dealt with Jon who has been fantastic from the very beginning. A friend recommended him to me and he certainly goes above and beyond for his clients. From answering calls/messages after working hours to aftercare and solving any issues after the purchase. He has literally walked me through everything step by step and is always on hand to offer help. You can tell he respects his work and offers personalised customer care with diligence.

Amazing customer service and he is a credit to the company. Won’t be going elsewhere henceforth !

I've just sold my car to Premluxe and was really impressed by the service. The handover was arranged for a convenient time. Ashley completed a thorough appraisal and paid a fair price for the car. The funds were transferred before he left, and all admin was completed within 24 hours. Great to do business with professional and friendly people.

My experience with premluxemotors has been outstanding, first time buying a car and Jon walked me through the entire process and was extremely helpful with arranging a home delivery. My car arrived in immaculate condition and was spotless inside and out, I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will definitely be using premluxemotors again.

I recently purchased a car from Jon at Premluxe Motors. From start to finish, Jon provided fantastic and professional service. The whole process was first class and efficient. I would highly recommend!

I recently bought a new car through Premluxemotors and I’m extremely happy with the whole experience. Jon was very helpful in proposing different models/ features/ prices, to help me find the car I wanted.
I would highly recommend them!

I’ve been using Jon and Premluxe for a number of years now. Not only did he recently source me a beautiful vehicle, to a very tough set of specifications, but he again helped me through the administrative process of the whole thing. He has always made something stressful and complex, simple and easy. I will continue to use Jon for my vehicular needs indefinitely. Keep up the good work!

Jon was fantastic in helping me part exchange my car. I returned to him a second time because of his excellent service and expertise. The secondhand car I got was in near perfect condition, which exceeded my expectations. Premlux is amazing for finding the perfect vehicle, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Jon and the team for anyone looking for a great car and exceptional service!

I want to thank John for his fantastic customer service. I had zero knowledge regarding vehicles or finance and he was ever so patient with me. He gave me so much guidance when it came to finding a suitable car for me and my children. I didn’t have to feel overwhelmed. I hope everyone comes across a John when they are shopping for a new vehicle because he went above and beyond. I am extremely grateful for your time and effort!

Brilliant service all round.
Made us feel comfortable.
Great communication from the start.

Great service throughout!
George always helped me out through all the stages of my purchase with any queries or potential worries I had. This was my first time purchasing a car and the process was really made smooth and clear for me! Between me asking about a new car and receiving it was about 4 weeks which i really was not expecting such a quick turnaround! When arrived it was like new, fresh and absolutely spotless even though it was second hand! Could not fault it! Will definitely be returning!
Thank you all!

Delighted with our car, and the part exchange deal. The car purchased was secondhand, yet delivered in excellent condition (as new). Fantastic service from Jon. Well done. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and communication. Jon helped my son with his first car purchase and was extremely helpful. Constant communication and delivery was first class. Thank you

Fantastic Service, communication at all times was rapid responses. Both John and George were very friendly and adaptable when arranging to view and take for a test drive. John gave us a good price for part exchange and arranged finance with their approved brokers for amount needed to bridge the gap between part exchange and sale. It has been a super quick turnaround, started Monday and by Friday evening was driving away in our new to us car! Fab service, highly recommend.

The best people out there nothing but the truth from start to finish if you can’t afford it or you need to look at something they will be honest and fair all the way through.

Amazing people and Jon and his team say it how it is will be coming about in a few years !
