This is the worst company I have ever dealt with after a car purchase. Before the sale, they were impeccable—very professional, and all the paperwork was done in just a day and a half. But after the sale, it’s been a complete disaster. Even though I had a three-month warranty, all they do is delay, delay, delay. What they do is hide information—when the car arrives, that’s when all the surprises come out. Even calling them doesn’t help; you have to call the dealership directly, but the numbers they give you never get answered by the after-sales team. For almost 3, nearly 4 weeks, I have been trying to claim something that was faulty in my car. All they do is delay, and they just try to run out the warranty so they can wash their hands of it. Avoid buying from this company—it’s the worst. After the sale, it all falls apart

Unhappy customer
From start to finish it has been an awful experience. We bought a mercedes CLA through a guy called Rion I believe, he was great at the beginning until we’d signed the documents and then he would ignore us. It felt as though once they had got the business you were then left in the dark and not able to get a response. We finally started receiving responses once we got in contact with denzel himself and he was amazing at providing us with responses and information we were after. Then they messed us around for 2 weeks with the delivery of the car due to apparently getting checks on the cars and it finally got delivered at almost 11pm. Then the next week I received a parking ticket in my old car which their driver had got and a ticket the driver had got In my new car. This then got sorted by the company after expressing my frustrations. From around this time my breaks started squeaking very loudly and the air con didn’t work along with the petrol cap not opening and sensor issues. So were then told to take it to a garage which we did and they had said that a load of errors had been turned off on the diagnostics report which looks dodgy along with no air con and extremely squeaky breaks. The company then advised us to get a full diagnostics report done on the car along with a quote, so we then went back to a garage to get this. We advised that to get a diagnostics it would be £130 so sent this to Zenith and they gave us the okay. Once this had been paid by us we then sent the receipt to zenith to get our money back to which they said they would only give us £100 despite not being told this before paying it. They then refused to go with our quote from our local garage and stated that they wanted their mechanic to do it (their mechanic who was supposed to have already checked everything was okay with the vehicle before hand). After expressing our concerns we agreed for it to be picked up today (19/05/2026) at 8.30am so that I could go to work for 9am. It is now 11am and have had to not to go to work waiting for these people who have not given an updated time frame yet. All of this to get things on my car fixed that should’ve already been done prior to me receiving the car. Extremely unhappy.

Excellent service from Aaron and the team all the way from my initial enquiry into the vehicle to the day of collecting it and part-exchanging my old car.
The finance settlement on my old car was taken care of by Zenith and setting up finance for my new one was easy and stress-free. The car was exactly as advertised and Aaron took extra time to give me a full demo of the vehicle and handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I was made to feel like a valued customer and all my questions were answered promptly and professionally.
Overall fantastic service and experience and would definitely use Zenith again for the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle

Aaron was absolutely incredible, from start to finish – he was so genuine, down-to-earth, helpful, and trustworthy. He didn't pressure us into anything and took the time to answer the many questions we had throughout the process. The car was in fantastic condition, clean, and delivered on time. A great experience all round. We’ll be recommending Zenith to anyone in the market for a new car.
Disappointing Service from Zenith
I am leaving this review to provide an honest account of my experience with Zenith, as it was far from the professional and stress‑free service that is advertised.
Although I am now in possession of the vehicle (a BMW 1 Series), the overall purchasing experience was extremely disappointing due to poor communication, repeated delays, and a lack of aftercare.
Initially, communication with the sales team was positive. However, once the process progressed, this significantly deteriorated. Messages and calls were frequently ignored, particularly when I was chasing updates regarding delivery timelines and the settlement of my part‑exchange finance.
I was advised that the vehicle would arrive within 10–14 days, yet after three weeks I had to chase for information myself. I also discovered the vehicle did not have the advertised 12 months MOT, and had to request a new one be completed. Collection dates were rearranged multiple times, costing me time off work, and were further delayed due to alloy wheel refurbishment that should have been identified earlier in the process.
On the day of delivery, there was no communication from the sales team at all. The vehicle was delivered late in the evening after further delays. I would like to note that the delivery driver was excellent — professional, apologetic, and efficient — and was the only aspect of the experience that felt genuinely customer‑focused.
A major issue arose with my part‑exchange finance settlement. I was informed in writing that the settlement would be paid within 48 hours of handover. This did not happen. Despite being repeatedly told the payment was “done,” the settlement was only completed 16 days later. Additionally, I was later informed that the originally agreed settlement amount would not be honoured, leaving me financially worse off due to the delays.
After delivery, further problems became apparent: – The vehicle was supplied with only one key, which remains unresolved
– The rear wiper blade was completely perished (replaced at my own cost; reimbursement promised but not received)
– A battery warning appeared immediately, requiring replacement at a cost of £280
– Warranty details were only sent after repairs had already been carried out
– The vehicle could not be taxed on delivery as it was still registered under a disabled tax class
Repeated attempts to raise these issues after handover have largely been ignored.
While I am happy with the vehicle itself, the buying experience was stressful, disorganised, and lacking transparency. Once the keys were handed over, customer support effectively stopped.
Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution when dealing with Zenith.

Second time using Zenith Motor company to source my car. Zavia helped me find the exact car I wanted and tailored the experience to ensure the car looked how I wanted it to. Aaron was helpful and made the handover easy. Thank you again
Be Careful and Don’t waste your time
Absolutely terrible experience. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way this whole process has been handled.
From the beginning, I was told by Aaron to trust in Denzel (Instagram Denzel Zenith) Shakeilla, and Jake from Mobilize Financial Services, but the way everything has been managed raises serious concerns. They asked me to send them the codes received by text message, and I was afraid to share this code because of fraud, etc.
More than 20 days have passed and nothing has been properly resolved. This is especially worrying considering the contract clearly states a 14-day cancellation period from the date of signing. The lack of progress, communication, and transparency is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, two hard credit searches were carried out on my credit file without proper explanation, negatively impacting my credit score.
What is even more concerning is that today I unexpectedly received a video call from a Gmail account claiming to be related to financial services, which I never requested. This raises serious questions about how my personal information is being handled and shared.
Overall, this experience has been misleading, stressful, and a complete waste of time. I strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with Zenith Motor company, Denzel Zenith Ltd and Mobilize Financial Services.
Please be careful and think twice before proceeding.
