Formal Complaint Regarding Zenith Leasing – Unacceptable Service and Unresolved Vehicle Issues
I am submitting this complaint to formally document my ongoing dissatisfaction with Zenith and the unacceptable standard of service I have received.
For over a year, I have been dealing with persistent and unresolved issues relating to my Polestar 2 Performance, leased through Zenith. Following a collision, the vehicle has suffered repeated electronic faults, and the quality of the repair work carried out has been consistently substandard. Despite raising these concerns on multiple occasions, Zenith has failed to provide any meaningful or lasting resolution.
What has made this situation significantly worse is the complete lack of follow through and accountability. The vehicle has continued to develop faults over the past year, yet Zenith has shown no willingness to reach a realistic or fair resolution. I have been paying a premium price for a vehicle that has been unreliable, poorly repaired, and inadequately supported by your customer service team.
The delays, poor workmanship, and dismissive aftercare have completely eroded any confidence I once had in Zenith. The overall experience has left me feeling that, as a customer, I am being taken advantage of rather than supported.
Due to the ongoing failures to address these issues, I have now been forced to compile extensive supporting evidence and seek legal advice regarding next steps.
I strongly urge prospective customers to think very carefully before entering into any agreement with Zenith.
