Was really looking forward to giving my wife these "royal " treats ,but tbh I was so disappointed, I no the product was close to its sell by date but even so I didn't think it was that good , I have paid less for a nicer chocolate than these inc mainstream manufacturers, im glad I paid £21 and not £42 , I will not be a repeat customer

Top quality products with fast shipping and well packed

Awh I was so looking forward to these, they came a bit cloudy, as if the chocolate had been sitting around for a while, they were very sweet- I know it’s chocolate! But I like flavour texture adventure!
Sadly won’t be coming back! And the box decoration was dull not luxury enough- bring back the gold

I’ve had the gin and tonic truffles in the past , I’ve gifted them to my wife , she loved them and still has the free jute bag which came with them , the fizzy London gin truffles don’t taste fizzy , or of gin or lemon , around HUGE disappointment on her 34th wedding anniversary, they taste cheap which they were not , won’t be buying ever again

High quality dark chocolate Truffles. Great taste. Brilliant with a cup of coffee.
The only thing.. delivery was Expensive.

I received a box of 325g Jewel Chocolates. It was a gift from my daughter. Firstly, the courier they used left the parcel on my wall and not on my doorstep. It would have taken 15 seconds to do so. My neighbour found it. Secondly the chocolates were not in good condition, many of them white coated. I rang the Piccadilly office on Tuesday 19 th August and spoke to someone who said his manager would send me another. I haven’t heard anything. I’ve also sent an email through their website. No reply. These are premium chocolates and expensive. This is not an acceptable way to treat your customers . Please could someone contact me with a resolution.

I am an aficionado of Rose & Violet creams and these get my top vote.
Right consistency of good chocolate and delicious well flavoured creams. Nothing too sweet, just right

An easy to use site, the chocs arrived "early", and they are terrific.

You missed the order making it late and then were only able to send half as it was out of stock when you did come to it. I did appreciate the email acknowledgement and apology but I'm also now being pestered by email for a review which is annoying... hence 2 stars.

The Magical Garden thins were in a beautiful V&A Alice In Wonderland box; but did not taste of either elderflowers or strawberries?
And the Earl Grey Tea and Bergamot Blossom thins; which i have purchased many times, from Ocado; tasted of mint!!

I only received one of my 2 purchases, I need the second one

Paid £42 to buy the Hot Cross Bun Easter egg direct and saw it later on Ocado for £13 (marked down from £26). The egg doesn't taste of hot cross buns and it's tiny - approx the size of the smallest Cadbury/Mars boxed eggs. Was expecting Easter to be made special by an extravagant gift from famous chocolatier, but feel ripped off instead.
