Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, starting with our first visit to the showroom to the fitting by Craig and Elliot.
The advice given in the showroom was knowledgable, helping us with decisions and other elements that we did not consider.
Craig and Elliot did a fantastic and quality job fitting the quartz. Joints are hardly visible and pattern/colour match where the joints are, are amazing - something we were worried about, but really was no need.
Fit, service and quality of goods were all fantastic. Highly recommend.

The service was very nice and clean
The service was very nice and clean, but we had a few niggly things. What the Kitchen fitter had done. Yes, Granite made us aware of them but only after having cut the template for the worktop which wasn’t helpful because we could have the Kitchen unit swapped aroundhad he not cut the template which left us very few options to rectify the problem so maybe in the future, they need to keep this in mind to advise people before cutting the template, I’m sure most peopledon’t mind paying the extra callout but having a good job otherwise very clean and professionally done

From visiting the showrooms to getting the templates done by Lee…and then fitting, the process was smooth, fuss free, and professional. We actually had another worktop installed as a desk area after the kitchen by Craig and Elliot as we loved it so much - they were so friendly, helpful, and did a fantastic job. I recently had a Statuario worktop fitted by prestige and I am absolutely delighted with the result. Everyone I dealt with were amazing friendly and professional. The fitters Alan, Kie and Francis were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. I would like to mention everyone by name but unfortunately I don't have their details. Absolutely amazing experience
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Beautiful showroom to look around so you can actually see each style and speak to the team to make an informed decision.
Measurements were sent over an the quotation was supplied quite quickly. One a deposit was paid a templating appointment was booked. After the templating the quartz was fitted 3 days later. For both the templating and the fitting we were given a time slot which was updated when they were on their way - amazing!
The team were knowledgeable and professional. Massive thank you to Kie, Dave and Marco. The finished result is stunning
