i called them. nobody called me back. Kept getting promises of the delivery but it never arrived!

i had better get a refund although most people say they havent received a refund!

Did not receive order even after calling and emailing. They have stopped replying and won’t give a refund. It’s a scam don’t buy from this company

Items nothing like the picture. Been emailing and ringing for refund for weeks and weeks and I can not get through! Never will i order from here again! Please avoid

Terrible!
Items are cheap and look nothing like the images on the website!
It took over 2 weeks for it to be delivered which therefore meant it missed the date I needed it for anyway! Not that I would have worn them anyway!
Now I cannot get any response to emails or online chat to return the items, so I’m out money with no way to return!

UPDATE 1 Month and 4 days since order date still no parcel and still no update from company after sending numerous emails.

Giving 1 star only because I couldn't give 0.
Emailed numerous times about my order not 1 reply back.
Taken money, No item recieved, No refund, No correspondence nothing.
Email address doesn't work. Tracking number doesn't work.
Can't get to speak to anyone.
Said 5 days delivery now on day 14 and nothing.
Very poor.

I ordered a dress and was so excited as I thought I had a real bargain. The dress I received is nothing like the picture advertised. The quality is extremely poor, looks unfinished and quite frankly I don't know what was going through their mind when they shipped it over. I requested a refund 7 days ago as per the instructions on their website and have heard nothing since. I wish I had read some reviews before placing my order. I would have never ordered.

Items took over 3 weeks to arrive. Then when I requested a refund, due to arriving after the event I needed to shoes for, I was told that I could be offered a 30% refund and keep the items to help with their “CO2 pledge” or pay €40 to ship a £30 pair of shoes back to china…. For a refund!

Absolutelly disapointed,they put in their webside high pricec and nice picture and actually you believe you buy from London but they send item from China and charge prices of Uk and as well item not received

Bought 2 dresses via pretty-wear.com 10 days ago nothing heard anymore. Telephone number and client service email are not working. Appears to be from China and you end up o. A Chinese website…
