Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. RIP off. Material abhorrent and the sizing is all wrong. My daughter is 5ft 7inches tall and xs where l top was too tight (she’s small chested) and the length is for a 7ft woman!! Then they say the return will cost the same as EACH dress £30. For advice, under consumer rights act anything of poor quality can be returned at the SELLERS costs. Furthermore, if the return costs are the same or similar to the cost of the product that is caught under the unfair contracts act as it’s clearly doesn’t say on their website that this could be the cost just that it may be “costly”. Costly to one person is different to the next…. This then renders the contract useless and they should bear the costs of return. Out of principal, I will take this to the small claims. Done if before, will do it again…
