grossly misleading sale. The implication is the lighter won't need anything, but in fact it needs kerosene. Will trash this company and product at every opportunity.

Seems like anice can opener, bought 1 for my husband & 1 to share.
However, there should be better grips. It's not easy to open a lid, it slides because there's no grip (rubber or grooves).
Is it possible to return them?

Doesn’t work

From time to order to receive is too long.
I’m moving and I’m afraid that it will not arrive before i move.

fill compartment is too close to key ring, making it hard to open fuel fill. no directions included. fuel fill is a cheap plastic and after 3 openings, it is starting to deform.

What this is a gift for my son-in-law. He will get it for Father's Day. Hope he likes it. What's surprised that there was no paper in the packaging to tell you how much lighter fluid you're supposed to add to it. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I got exactly what I ordered However it take a month to get here so that was a little disappointing

There were no instructions included with the lighter! Nothing that said you have to put lighter fluid in it first!! Maybe put something in there that includes that REALLY HANDY BIT OF INSTRUCTION!

Received my order but so far neither of the 3 Permanent Match Infinity Lighter lights, some sparks but no flames. I purchased them as gifts so hopefully they’ll be working before I give away.

Didn't work on my old table. It still looks the same.

The follow up, communication, shipping, and customer service is unmatched! Almost every morning I had an update on where my package was. Once I received it, there wasn't instructions, so I messaged them and I received instructions within minutes. Realized that I hadn't put in fluid, and it works beautifully and exactly how it's described. well made

This item was easy to order on line/It took awhile to receive the product [3+ weeks] but it finally arrived. Packaging was good, solid with no shipping problems. The "insta-match" is suitable for a "prepper", outdoorsman, hiker, camper. It's great quality, works appropriately once lighter fluid is added to the well. I am very pleased with my purchase & would recommend this item.

This company is a scam in my opinion. I was looking at these little keychain lighters, just looking. And there was a button in the process that said on the next page I would be able to look at my order. Look at my order, not order it look at it and that was what I wanted to do because I wanted to see how much it would cost, but when I press that button, it had processed the order so there’s deception number one then when I contacted them immediately after seeing what had happened, they claimed that it was already been processed. Are you kidding me? Nothing is processed that fast so they told me I would have to wait till I got the order to get a return which I find totally bogus and ridiculous so I get the order and now they won’t give me a refund so tell me they’ll give me a partial refund. So they’re also liars. Do not order anything from this company!

Took forever to arrive and not very sturdy

Rather slow in arriving, but peelers did get here. Have not tried them yet.

I just love this company they deliver so fast it’s unbelievable
