We prepaid a reservation for 5 nights. My husband got the flu the day before and I called the hotel to cancel. They were rude and said we had to call price travel. I called the hotel directly when I made the reservation, don't know how it went to price travel. So because we prepaid, we are getting nothing back! I canceled, there is no record of it...
Pésimo, no hicieron la reservación y tuve que pagar en el destino
Pésimo, en ciertos destinos ellos usan a despegar y dan mal la información, me dejaron 4 horas en un lobby de hotel esperando y al final tuve que pagar y no me respondieron por ese día le echaron la culpa a despegar
No realizaron el pago en tiempo
No realizaron el pago en tiempo, cuando llegue al hotel a realizar el check-in, pues resulta que pricetravel no había realizado el pago, hable esa mis tarde para ver cual había sido el problema y no me solucionaron nada, lo que debió de haber sido una tarde tranquila y relajada con mi familia fue una tarde de estrés y comunicarme todo el tiempo con ellos, tuve que realizar un pago al hotel para que me permitieran estar ahí en lo que se resolvía lo del pago, fue hasta 3 días después que estuve marcando hasta que se resolvió una noche antes de salir del hotel a las 8 de la noche y todo por que yo estuve marcando e insistiendo por que por parte de pricetravel nunca dieron seguimiento y nunca recibí una llamada de ellos, lo que debieron ser unas vacaciones relajadas y tranquilas fueron días amargos que me hicieron pasar, no vuelvo a comprar con pricetravel y mucho menos recomendar.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Can’t understand what they’re saying and always being told to call back with no results. They string you along and ask you a hundred questions, supposedly to verify for security. If one answer is slightly off, apparently the computer puts a lock on your file and you have to call again. I will never use this useless company again.

Reached out to change dates on ticket. I was given four different prices for changing the date, all within the span of a few hours, and each time the price went up. I was also hung up on by an agent, spoken to rudely by the next agent, and advised by the final agent I spoke to that there was no English-speaking manager on the floor I could speak to, which then became there’s no manager here at all. It seems like a SCAM.

Never use this site they are fraud and very disrespectful, they also advertise rooms that are not available then charge you and your refund wont come for 5-10 days. After this happened agent laughed and wouldn’t not let me speak with upper management. Worst booking EVER AND WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGIN AND I STRONGLY ADVISE NO ONE TO EITHER. NEXT STOP IS BBB.
Second Complaint
This is my second complaint after not getting a refund and PriceTravel offering to help but not following through. Not only that but their response was in Spanish and I am an American. It seems like they respond that they will help to appear like they care but nothing happens. I followed through with what they needed from me to rectify the situation but I got no answer. Beware of this scam company booking anything for you.

I booked a hotel through this service and never received a confirmation email. Because of that, we had absolutely no way to verify whether the reservation even existed. I contacted customer support multiple times trying to resolve the issue and kept getting the runaround.
Support repeatedly claimed that their policies were explained in an email and used that as the reason they could not issue a refund. The problem is that I never received any confirmation or policy email at all. At one point, a support agent even read my email address back to me to confirm it was correct, and it was — yet there was still no email sent to me.
Without a confirmation email or booking details, customers are left completely in the dark about whether they even have a reservation. Refusing to help or issue a refund based on an email the customer never received is unacceptable.
After researching this company online, I found many other customers reporting the exact same problem — missing confirmation emails, poor communication, and difficulty getting refunds. This suggests a pattern rather than an isolated issue.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before booking through this service.
Fake reservarions
Company takes fake reservations rhat do NOT carry through with the actual hotel. Made a reservation on Disney Pop Century and called to make sure everything was clear. I was answered by Allan who said everything was correct and set, I just had to call again during normal Disney business hours to get Disney reservation so I could link it to my Disney account. The following day I call and they send me to the pricetravel Disney department. Laura picks up the phone and shares that the reservation didnt go through and they could issue a refund or try to rebook me somewhere else (this is the day kf the reservation mind you). I agree to the rebooking pay rhe difference and proceed to drive to the new hotel, pay the difference and by the time I arrived Laura tells me they can't confirm the reservation for an intermitency in their system showing improper availability. This is an unreliable company ans would suggest avoiding at all cost. Refund will take 25 to 30 business days which I can assure will have an issue to complete as well.
Sin reembolso. 4 meses de espera.
Llevo esperando desde Nov 2025 por un rembolso. Me dijeron 30 dias habiles. Marco hoy pq no esta reflejado y me dicen que una persona de su equipo (a la cual ya despidieron) tuvo un error al procesar mi reembolso y pues tendre que volver a esperar.
Lo escalaron para VER si se podia hacer algo.
Lo raro es que fueron 2 localizadores diferentes, diferentes correos y dias de confirmacion. Mucha casualidad. En mi opinión esta es una práctica normal.
No compren boletos reembolsables con ellos, deplorable servicio, te hacen pagar a ti por SUS errores.

Pedí un reembolso hace ya más de DOS MESES y nada!
Llevo esperando un reembolso desde hace 2 meses y una semana, me habían dado límite de 30 días los cuales ya pasaron, me volvieron a solicitar mis datos por los cuales me dijeron que otros 30 días. SE HARÍAN CASI 3 MESES de mi reembolso, no me parece justo porque no cumplen con sus términos y condiciones, es desesperante y inhumano, porque te contestan siempre con lo mismo, no resuelven, si pensaba volver a reservar o recomendarlo lo niego rotundamente!! Necesito ese dinero por salud y ustedes no se hacen cargo!!

Precios engañosos
A través de un buscador encontré una muy buena oferta de hospedaje en la plataforma de PriceTravel. Yo sé que muchas veces al buscar de manera externa cuando se llega a la plataforma el precio puede ya no estar disponible, en este caso, el enlace me conecto con la página oficial que, en efecto, conservaba el precio promocional, rellene la información de huésped, pagué, se me hizo el cobro y recibí un número de confirmacion. Nunca llegó el correo por lo que decidí marcar, y bien ahí me comentaron que el precio de mi reserva ya no estaba disponible. ¿Lo preocupante? Yo podía seguir accediendo en ese mismo momento al precio promocional, y de la misma manera reservar con normalidad.
Me dieron opciones de precios completamente alejados del costo original, por lo que decidí pedir el reembolso (esto sucedió hoy, así que no tengo más comentarios sobre el tiempo de espera del mismo, y he de decir que la ateción en la llamada fue amable)
No es posible que una página de viajes anuncie, o peor aún permita realizar un pago y cobro que ya no tiene disponible. Con o sin el reembolso, es engañoso que no haya un bloqueo o aviso, previo al cobro. O incluso un correo que te anuncie que tu reserva no se realizó. ¿Qué hubiera pasado con mi dinero si yo doy por hecho mi reserva y no llamo? ¿Para que colocar un precio que nunca estuvo disponible? Y en todo caso, si sus tarifas son así de dinámicas, sería importante contar con un protocolo que no muestre aquellas que no están disponibles.
Mi consejo: Si quieres estar seguro de lo que estás pagando y confianza en tu reserva, no reserves en PriceTravel. En cambio, si buscas incertidumbre o decepción económica al momento de reservar, este es el lugar.

HORRIBLE.. Hice y PAGUE una reservación, la cuL LLEGANDO AL HOTEL NO ME QUISIERON RESPETAR. La agencia se comunico conmigo haciendo mención que sus TARIFAS SON DINAMICAS Y QUE A LA RESERVACIÓN QUE YA SE HABIA HECHO CON UN COSTO DE 14,800 SE LE HARIA UN COBRO EXTRA DE 14,000 MÁS para poder respetar la RESERVACIÓN QUE YA SE HABIA PAGADO Y REALIZADO MENDIANTE ESTE APLICACIÓN. Estuvimos realizando llamadas a PriceTravel donde nos topamos con un MENU DE LLAMADAS INSUFICIENTE, UNA ATENCIÓN LENTA Y POCO RESOLUTIVA... despues de 6 HORAS DE ESPERA y PERDER UN DIA DE APROBECHAMIENTO DE NUESTRO VIAJE SE RESOLVIO.
Sí piensan en usar este medio para una reservación o para planear un viaje DESAPROVENCHENLO o 100% SE VAN A ARREPENTIR.

They work half the time, maybe
I've booked twice with PriceTravel and both to same hotel, same City. The second time the hotel had no idea as the reservation was never made. I was embarrassed and had to pay twice as much due to it being the weekend. Had to stay in a one bed hotel room with it being 4 people as that was ONLY thing available in the whole CITY. I give 2 stats only because they got my first reservation right but second time was a nightmare. I wouldn't trust it. If you try to get money back it's a whole process as they're not out of the US. Good luck

Lied to when I booked a room. I have my notes about what was told about the accommodations
I accidentally called PriceTravel.com to book a room at the Driskill Hotel. I thought I was speaking directly with someone at the hotel.
I booked 2 queen size beds and was told breakfast was included and when I arrived at the hotel I could show my AAA card to get a discount. When I arrived at the hotel they did have a room with ONE queen bed, breakfast was not included, and no AAA discount. The man who I spoke to LIED to me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY and call the hotel DIRECTLY or use a WELL KNOWN TRAVEL COMPANY.

If it would be possible to give 0 star, I would. It’s a scam. Don’t book with them! I booked a hotel for six nights & didn’t receive a confirmation. The hotel had no clue of my booking. But the took the money out of my bank account without a confirmation.
Update: I send them an email already. They haven’t answered yet. It seems as if you want it to look like here, that you care! Just reply to my mail, which I already send!
