Compré tiquetes a través de Tiquetes Baratos (PriceTravel) y tuve que cancelar por un cambio operacional de LATAM. Desde enero solicité el reembolso y ya en abril LATAM confirmó que devolvió el dinero directamente a Tiquetes Baratos.

He enviado varios correos, adjunté los comprobantes del reembolso emitido por LATAM, y aun así la agencia sigue diciendo que “el trámite está en proceso con la aerolínea”, lo cual es falso.

Me siento completamente ignorada como cliente, y me preocupa que otras personas vivan lo mismo. No hay claridad, no hay respuesta oportuna, y ahora me toca seguir luchando por un dinero que ya tienen desde el 11 de abril.

Espero una pronta solución.

LATAM ya confirmó que el reembolso fue procesado exitosamente el 11 de abril de 2025 a favor de Tiquetes Baratos. Ya envié los comprobantes a su equipo, pero continúan diciendo que el trámite “sigue en proceso”, lo cual no es cierto.

Les pido por favor escalar este caso de inmediato, ya que llevo meses esperando y el dinero ya se encuentra en poder de su agencia. No hay más trámite pendiente con la aerolínea.

Quedo atenta a una respuesta pronta y efectiva. Gracias.

They are scammers. Don't fall for their "offers". We bought tickets for Disney and they never sent them. We are tey to seek legal advice to recover the money.

My hotel reservation was canceled immediately after booking. Not by me but by PriceTravel. They did not inform me of this canceling all I knew was the reservation was being processed. When I called PriceTravel I was informed my reservation was canceled and PriceTravel did not have a full explanation why the reservation was canceled but it would take 25 to 30 days for a refund. The room was booked 7 mos. in advance. They canceled this reservation not me and are holding on to my money. I had to contact my credit card company and out in a dispute. These guys are crooks. I have called them several times and they hung up on me. I sent emails. This is illegal. I will be pressing charges. Contacting federal agencies.

Ya a pasado mucho tiempo desde mi mala experiencia y no he recibido solución alguna la verdad esto es muy desagradable y desgastarte así como recomiendo o compro más viajes...la verdad así no se puede

Absolute scam. I thought i was booking through the hotel. I have fat thumbs so when i tried to click cancel it hit confirm. I spent 45minutes trying to cancel to no avail.
I have spent double, when i originally wanted to book directly with the hotel.
Be aware.
My finances are in pain due to my fat thumbs.

Ordered a hotel using their link on Google. When I purchased it ordered a TOTALLY different hotel in another state. Total scam.

Reached out to support as requested by the response, they refused the refund. Unacceptable.

Hice una reserva con esta agencia de una habitación triple con desayuno para pasar unos días en Barcelona con mis dos hijos adolescentes. Cuando llegué al aeropuerto llamé a confirmar y me dijeron que todo estaba correcto y pagado. Al llegar al hostal, me informan que no existe dicha reserva y que tampoco tienen habitaciones triples ni desayuno. El recepcionista del hostal fue muy amable intentando ayudarnos por que estábamos en una situación desesperada. Al llamar al servicio al cliente me remitieron a un alojamiento a 20 km de Barcelona siendo las 00:00h de la noche sin transporte público disponible. Fue desastroso, no hagáis reservas a esta página web.

Hello, A total SCAM. Do not make reservations using this site. I made a reservation for 7 nights and the hotel never received the information. When I arrived they had no clue. They did, however, helped me find another accomodation but I had to pay three times as much as I had already paid PriceTravel.

This company is a complete scammer.
1. For some reasons my hotel booking went to their company as the third party. I just knew that after a month, when I called the hotel to request for the confirmation of my reservation.
2. They also illegally added the protection plan to my reservations that I never needed.
4. When I call their 1-855-437-8999, the receptionist was based in Mexico. Said the she found my name but she can’t access to my reservation and transfer me to another department. The second department’s receptionist could not find my name and refused to assist me because I am not their client.!!!!
I will have to dispute their charge from my bank card. Wish me luck that I have my money back.

Scam! Overcharging for hotel rooms by 100 per room, no aarp discount. Price travel can’t find my booking without a booking number, which is nowhere on any email/text, so there for they can’t look up my account to correct. Like I never existed. What a scam!
Putting an email to contact you on these reviews is just another part of your scam. You don’t answer those either.
Charging a 33% tax rate on a hotel room is another scam!

BEWARE! This is a scam front of a company. They will show they booked your reservation but property has nothing in their system. They charge your credit card and then it is impossible to talk to a live person. DO NOT USE!

I was deceived into believing that I got the accommodations I paid for until I got to the hotel with my family. They charged me cancellation fee. turns out I had to cancel. Now they are forcing me to reschedule within 120 days which I have no time to dedicate. I had to spend money for alternate accommodations to accommodate my entire family because we travelled from far. I felt used and tricked. STAY AWAY FROM 3RD PARTY. MAKE SURE YOU ARE DEALING DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL (whatever it is). These 3rd party entities can mess you up because only they can resolve it. You are dealing with cyber space out sourcing workers.

NADA recomendable, solo les interesa vender y después no solucionan absolutamente nada, compre unos tiquetes y nunca enviaron el código de reserva, adicional venden un horario que no coincide con los vuelos.

Please do not book through them! I still have not personally been contacted. When I call the # 1 855 437-8999, they tell me someone will contact me. I'm going to have to get my bank involved because I'm owed a refund and have not been refunded yet! It is extremely difficult to get in contact with someone!!! I was told it would take 3 to 4 days for the refund and it's been over 9 days!! They are quick to take your money, but they take forever to refund your money, if there are issues. I need to have a direct email or a direct return call to settle this problem. My locater/or reservation # is129898806. PLEASE SOMEONE CONTACT ME TODAY TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM!

Cero recomendable, ante cualquier problema durante el viaje se deslinda de toda responsabilidad no dan soluciones y quieren que tu resuelvas directamente con sus proveedores en este caso en particular la aerolínea.

No one book with them please!!! I had to get my bank involved to do a dispute total scam no one ever comes to the phone it’s a operator telling you to press a number or go to the website for changes but no one ever comes to the phone what a complete waste of time and money I called the hotel to verify they didn’t have my reservation at all please contact these hotels ahead of time when booking through 3rd parties

I had to stay a night in Los Angeles airport hotel on May 15th 2024 at 10pm…
I used this site simply because of rate
They booked Friday May 17th
& charge more the I contract for
But most importantly WRONG date had to book a hotel
Called immediately gave the representative my name & confirmation # and explained
He put me on hold for very long time
I needed simply to cancel this reservation (May 17th 2024 Westin LAX as I am not even going to be in LA )as I am fly out today because my flight was delayed to Am

Totally ruined my grannies 90's birthday celebration.
My mum had initially booked 2 flights tickets from Mexico City to La Paz, Mexico (she paid $485 USD); she made a mistake with the dates of birth so she had to call the call centre to solve this on 5586638825.
She was advised that in order to fix the date of birth, they would have to charge her another $485 USD and reassured her that the initial payment would be reimbursed entirely. Then, when the airline was contacted, they confirmed no changes were reflected on their system so she call the call centre again. This time, they request her to pay $485 for EACH plane ticket, totalling $970 due to the tariff difference and reassured her again that the $970 previously paid was going to be refunded entirely(afraid of being scammed, this was paid in cash via one of their payment points), they said a confirmation email was going to arrive in 30 min.
The confirmation email was never sent so she calls AGAIN just to be told by the Manager that the call could have been "intercepted" by someone and that she had been scammed and they hadn't any recollection of the data, so my mum just lost $1500 USD thanks to them.
Seeing how sad she is, I'm not stopping until these scams are out in the open for everyone to see and to understand this company is scamming people.
They send you an automated reply to the Trustpilot review but nobody answers when you try to reach them via email or phone.
WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY JOKE OF A COMPANY.

Getting help from customer service is nearly impossible in the U.S. I’ve been on hold over an hour on 3 separate occasions. I’ve sent emails, no response. I attempted to cancel my reservation through chat and was told I need to call in, which I’ve already tried! Extremely frustrating.
