Primal pantry are a blessing to deal with and their products are just as wonderful. I recently bought their Shampoo, Conditioner, lotion, lip balm, night and day duo balms and soap. My daughter and I have had great breakthroughs in our combination skin. Dry areas (strawberry skin) on the backs of my arms and legs have virtually disappeared and my daughters acne on her face and back have massively decreased. At first we were hesitant to use them on her but glad we did. We will continue to use these products as we are seeing positive results. I ordered it online and they came the very next day. Amazing service. Thank you

I bought their tallow 3 pack jars. I was looking forward to using it. However both my wife and I tried it and did not like it one bit. It left a greasy film on the top of the skin, which tacks onto your clothes and does not get absorbed. Plus the fragrances smell very cheap. Like toilet spray

Recently bought Primal Pantry products for the first time. First of their was an error with my order, that delayed the arrival time by 10 days (weekends included) however the customer service was swift with their response and rectified the situation with good communication and a prompt resending of package. The product itself is exquisitely effective. As someone who has had chronic dry scalp and skin for years the shampoo and conditioner worked immediately. 5 star product

I really wish I agreed with majority of the people posting positive feedback however I have to be completely honest from my experience. My granddaughters eczema did not improve if anything it’s gotten worse. We got 4 different tallow and I regret getting them. I used product for about 3 months as directed on tub but very disappointed and feel sorry for my grandbaby waste of time and smelling like a block of fat was not worth it. I ignored the few bad review’s solely because the positives outweighed the negatives.

I applied baby balm and then body lotion for my baby's skin for her rashes (looks like dermatitis, ?eczema). At first, I applied baby balm only but then I realized there were patches of dryness which the lotion helped. I just want to say that they worked! (Of course not overnight!) I think my baby's skin is ready in preparation for her BCG vaccine! (I was pretty worried at first.) I felt relieved and happy seeing her skin improvement! (Continuous application is the key.) I still have to continue applying without the use of medicated cream just to avoid flare up and for continuous skin healing. I applied baby balm and then body lotion for my baby's skin for her rashes (looks like dermatitis, ?eczema). At first, I only applied baby balm but then I realized there were patches of dryness which the lotion helped. I just want to say that they worked! (I avoid using irritating wash soap and just the right water bath temp. Let the skin breath!) I think my baby's skin is ready in preparation for her BCG vaccine! (I was pretty worried at first) I felt relieved seeing her skin improvement! My baby's skin is well maintained without the use of a medicated cream. Just her craddle cap is very stubborn🤣!

I have been a user of the tallow balm for quite some time and have been super satisfied and somewhat blown away with the results, I recently ordered the hair bundle and shampoo bar, had a bit of a hiccup with the delivery and it was sorted almost immediately! Very quick and friendly response and all around a small business that I will be delighted to keep supporting, especially with such a great product! I cant wait to try the shampoo! Thanks guys! Went on a whim to try the hair care shampoo and conditioner for my dry scalp as nothing else seemed to be working, having used the tallow balm for my face and random patches of dermatitis it worked well, I bought the shampoo and conditioner, and not only has it helped with the dryness, it's actually tamed my frizzy hair! I have extremely thick curly hair and it works amazing! I was so surprised, I have also purchased another two bottles of the shampoo and conditioner I love it that much 👌 well worth it.

Primal pantry get back to you within minutes of emailing, so easy to deal with. Not to mention this product is absolutely incredible. I can not live without it. It's taken 10 years off me.

Hi I am just messaging to personally thank you! I've been suffering with dyshidrotic eczme flare on my hands since dec of last year - was hospitalized with a blood infection from staph entering my broken skin all the time and for too long. Since then I've been on and off antibiotics and steroid cream that kept making my flare come back more aggressive.

Then I found this tallow cream & oh my goodness I wish I got before & after photos for you! My skin on hands has been healing & feel super moisturised. They are actually nearly all closed up & as a student nurse I really needed this! I am so grateful! THANK YOU!!!😊😊😊

Recently purchased the shampoo and conditioner. I have found it amazing. I usually washed my hair daily (menopause) but now can go 3-4 days before I wash again. Feel my hair is becoming more nourished. My daughter is using the eye cream and balm on facial eczema and skin has started to improve. No more crusty eyelids and patches on eyelid and around eyes is clearing. Thank you, very pleased with products.

I have been using tallow on my heels for just a week and what a difference it has made in such a short time! My heels have softened up that they look and feel like they did 20yrs ago! Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Primal Pantry and would recommend it to anyone! It feels so natural and light on your face. I’ve even used the sunscreen on children’s faces, and everyone was really happy with it – especially the texture. It applies beautifully and doesn’t feel heavy at all.

My 21 year old daughter has atopic eczema all over her body. She has tried every treatment available in NZ including chemotherapy and nothing has helped. Great product. True to it's advertising. Fast and efficient delivery after ordering on line. Prompt reply to an email I sent. When I mentioned the clay product I had purchased was so hard it had to be dug out of the pot, it was immediately acknowledged and a new pot sent.

3 yrs going to the doctors getting cream that was feeding the problem . Took it's toll I was stressed my hands and feel were bleeding and cracked sleepless nights . Then I heard about Tallow what have I got to lose so brought 3 . Wow big difference now I can do my job and go for walks without the bleeding and soreness . Would recommend 💯

I'm absolutely stoked with these products from primal pantry, I bought the sensitive pack and 3 x120mls of lavender & vanilla rose, Hands down they're both amazing and smell great, (Vanilla rose my fav) you get the instant feeling of moisture & nourishment as soon as you apply, lightly whipped makes it easy application, I have sensitive skin and the tallow helps soothe and stop the scratching, the lip balms are fabulous too,. Definitely love the liquid soap great scent. I'm hooked for life and have already ordered more for my family and grandbaby, absolutely Great service, very helpful via Facebook messenger, super fast delivery and highly recommend trying the products, with many discounts during online ordering, super customer service.
