It cleared up both my niece and daughters skin as they both get eczema. It also helped with my face with acne, you don't even have to apply much either. The scented smell just makes it even better! We do not use any other cream, and we've tried a few for eczema.

I have very cracked dry heels.no more after using primalpantry what an amazing product I have never had anything that works ,now I have found my product .I also use it on my hands .

I have a skin condition called rosecea I was in a major flare & all my usual products were not enough to help my skin barrier. My sister gave me some of your unscented tallow balm to test patch. This product was the only thing that didn't hurt my already sensitive skin, kept it hydrated long enough to relief the stingy burny feeling for a solid few hrs before needing reapplying & helped my skin stay hydrated while I slept so I didn't wake up with sore cracked bleeding skin. The very next day I brought a pottle and it's been my daily go to for the last 4 days. In that 4 days my face is now 90% healed. Highly reccomend your unscented balm to anyone with super sensitive & raw skin now. I will be trying the new Manuka honey one next.

The product arrived and it is more than I expected.
My favorite is the lavender,but they are all really lovely.
You certainly only need a small amount which means the pot will last a long while.

I find this an excellent product for hydrating my skin. It is a fabulous moisturizer. I tend to get very dry lips particularly in the winter. This product is the best thing I have found for stopping that happening. The company was very responsive when I received an incorrect order. Restores faith in internet purchasing, of which I'm sure all of us have had some less than ideal experience.

I ordered 6x jars after reading the reviews. 3x of the premium tallow and 3x of the regular. The premium tallow with Vanilla and Manuka smells so good like cupcakes!

The product glides on smoothly on my skin and leaves it soft and supple all day. I use it as a make up primer too and so far works fine with makeup.

We have tried the regular lavender and unscented ones too and although I prefer the Vanilla and Manuka scent better the effect is the same. I use very very sparingly on my face and goes a long way. I do put a little bit more on areas of the skin that are more dry such as the elbows and heels. The skin is so soft to the touch honestly almost feels like baby skin!

When I had an issue with 1 jar I was promptly answered by customer service and sent me a replacement. I am very happy with the product and very pleased with the customer service. Look forward to buying more and supporting our local businesses in NZ.

Such a great and thoughtful company. I have tried almost everything on my skin I have extremely sensitive, dry and acne prone skin. I’m allergic to a large amount of products as well. This is the first product I have used long term and haven’t had any problems with. My skin feels so soft and healthy! Not only is the product great, but the service is excellent. They have a very responsive team that have a lot of pride in what they do. I had one jar get damaged in the post and they got back to me straight away and resolved my issues. 100/10. If you’re wanting to support NZ businesses this is a great one to order from.

The product itself feels great on the skin, but unfortunately, the scent is overpowering. Compared to other whipped tallows I’ve used, this one has a very strong animal fat smell, even the fragranced versions smell like perfume layered over roast meat. I couldn’t find any information on their site about whether they use wet or dry rendering, which might explain the lingering odor. A bit disappointed that reviews can’t be posted publicly and have to be sent directly to them. If you don’t mind smelling like a Sunday roast all day, this might work for you..but it wasn’t the right fit for me.

I purchased the unscented Tallow Cream from PrimalPantry after searching for something to help with the dry eczema on my hand. Ordering was seamless, and my package arrived just two days later. After applying the cream, I noticed the dryness and irritation starting to disappear — it really works!

I also had a small issue with my jar, but after contacting customer service, they resolved it instantly and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I started using primal pantry’s tallow balm at the start of 2025 as I developed eczema on and around both my eyes, after trying prescription drugs to no use I done some googling and stumbled upon this website. I will never go back! It cleared up the eczema within 2weeks. My skin itself is brighter/ clearer and also use on my hands and feet when they’re feeling a little dry. Love love love

I absolutely love Primal Pantry products. I have tried the lip balm, deodorant and the whipped tallow. I love all of them especially the whipped tallow because it feels like silk and is amazingly hydrating. The scents are beautiful as well. I have bought these for other people to try as well. I will be trying the soap next time, I am confident it will be just as amazing as the other products.The prices are very reasonable and the sizes are generous. I love to support local. I recently bought the gold moisturizer and a lip balm - both totally exceeded my expectations. The lip balm (raspberry) tasted good and was the first lip treatment that actually worked. The gold cream is totally amazing - my skin is the best it has ever been. I will definately repurchase - well done 😍

Great products, and AMAZING customer support.
I had a little problem with one of the jars I received, I was sad but I didn’t expect anything from it.
But customer service was onto it, fast. They were incredibly kind, offered a replacement jar, then proceeded to give me an explanation of why that happened, and, even told me they came up with a solution in their manufacturing process to ensure that this problem doesn’t happen to anyone else. That’s incredible.
I’m just so amazed by how much they care about their customers satisfaction and provding top quality products. It’s rare to see nowadays. They have a long time customer and I wish them all the success in the future.

We love the Natural Tallow cream - its worked wonders for our son's ezcema! As a baby, it was hard to figure out what to use that was not what the doctor's gave (chemicals, chemicals and more chemicals!), but the tallow cream has been such a life saver for us and him. It literally makes it go away and prevents his itchiness. It's also so reassuring to know that if he happens to touch it/eat it it's completely safe. Kudos to you and your team for an amazing, natural and safe product, our family can't thank you enough - I even have other family members on it too and they are so grateful and report the same excellent result.

After reading reviews on this product i decided to give it a go and oh my gosh was I happy I did! I purchased the vanilla rose and the lavender tallow balms. I found the vanilla rose to be quite a strong scent at first but got used to it the more I used it but the lavender is by far my fave. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and has visibly helped reduce the fine lines on my forehead from a full wifi signal so just dull reception 🤣😍 I will definitely be purchasing again when my current lot runs out 😁

I absolutely love your products and it feels amazing. I am a mother of 8 children. I've got 3 of my kids who has bad eczema, especially behind the knees. I had only ordered one jar just to try it out cause I've been through different other lotions and creams. My kids felt a relief straight away on the first application on their eczema. I also use it as a daily moisturizer, and let me tell you how good it feels especially on my face even throughout the day. Well worth my money and have ordered again.
