Arrived Manchester Airport with Turkish Airlines at 9:35. Cleared immigration by 9:50. Bags started to come through slowly at 10:45. Our bags didn’t arrived on carousel at 11:20.
Others flights that arrived after us had time to get bags, go home and potentially put the kettle on.
Turkish airlines should not consider renewing contract when renewal is due.

Nicola managed to resolve a baggage issue that occurred in another country within few minutes while staff in that other country created obstacles, acted unprofessionally and refused to perform their basic duties. If not for Nicola, I would have still been waiting for my missing suitcase. She single-handedly got to the bottom of the issue, corrected the information and communicated it promptly to staff in 2 other countries. She is an asset and the company that employs and trains such dedicated and professional staff deserves a praise. Thank you!

Just landed back from Istanbul and have waited an hour at the carousel for our bags. I’ve been inquired at baggage services and thankfully had some honest feedback from them. Turkish Airlines apparently use this company called prime flight and they are shortstaffed on drivers most of whom are still in training and can only carry two trucks worth of bags at one time so the same driver is going round in circles collecting bags, offloading them onto the carousel and then going back for more. Total carnage. I’m boycotting Turkish Airlines after this experience. 

Rubbish. Waited for over an hour for our luggage. PrimeFlight explained that once the plane arrived it loaded the plane for the return journey before bringing our luggage in. It blamed the issue on “staffing shortages” which means the company failed to put on enough staff to deal with the loading/unloading of luggage that it is paid for.

Rubbish. Sickness waiting in Manchester T2 baggage hall watching other handlers have the bags on the carousel in minutes. Regularly wait over a hour before the first bag comes through the curtain. What the hell takes you so long?

EXCEPTIONAL customer service at Aberdeen Primeflight Baggage desk!!

For the past two weeks my wife and I have had an absolute nightmare trying to locate her missing luggage ( KLM ..NEVER AGAIN! - 2nd consecutive trip they lost her bag).

We've been driven to the brink by ignored emails, lack of information, buck-passing by KLM and their agents.

It's been bad...really bad.

And then we experience Aberdeen Primeflight Baggage services...relief at last! Fast , professional, informative response. Follow-up email to reassure us that the bag is found and on the way to us. SO impressed! Superb service!

Give those folks a raise Primeflight...they've done you proud 😄
