Prime Pet Supply's customer service was over-the-top helpful. I ordered a product that wasn't as described - Not Prime Pet Supply's mistake as I'm sure the description of the product came from the manufacturer. As soon as I called the problem to their attention, they revised the description and found a product that matched my needs.

Not only do they deliver, they deliver the expensive hippie dog food that I need (and the only on he'll eat!!!). The site is easy to use, everything was exactly as described. Quick shipping, well packed. I have them saved in my favs for future orders.

I've never had an an experience quite like the one I had working with prime pet supply. Serkan originally contacted me to tell me that a piece of my order was no longer available and that he was happy to substitute it with something of equal or greater value. This was done in a timely and professional fashion so that I got my order as fast as possible. No beating around the bush! There was also another complication with my order in that I got the wrong size of a Kong classic. I emailed Serkan asking if I could return the item and get a larger version and his reply was

'No problem! Here's our address and I'll send over your new one immediately.'

Before I even had time to mail the product, the new bigger Kong was on my doorstep.

Never have I had had such excellence customer support from an online company. I highly recommend Prime Pet supply and especially Serkan!

The dig food I ordered came very fast. It happened to be part of a recall and PPS sent an email immediately to let me know. I love the person who is Benny on the instant chat feature on their website. Good information. Good attitude. Good service. This website is really great because it makes ordering high end dog food easy. You have a loyal customer, PPS.

I will always check out Prime Pet first for special products. They seem to have it all.

I placed my first order on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday!! With free shipping I didn't expect it to arrive so fast! I will order all my dogs food from this site from now on!

I accidentally ordered the wrong product and the order already went through. I e-mailed customer service. I got an e-mail back within just a couple of minutes and they fixed my order with no delays. I got the correct product in just a couple days.

The shipping was right on time, and pricing was reasonable. Maybe it's because I'm still relatively new to cat ownership, but the Great Life Essentials brand seems hard to find (especially at a decent price). Shipping here is reasonable, and they have all of the Great Life Essentials varieties of flavors.
