Clean process. Fair terms. The editing improved the manuscript meaningfully. Distribution into financial services networks was handled with real industry knowledge. Would publish with them again.

Raised two kids alone and wrote this book in the spaces between everything else. School pickups, homework sessions, weekend football matches, grocery runs. The book got written in twenty minute windows and somehow holds together as a complete thing. My editor said the urgency shows in the prose in the best possible way. Turns out stolen time produces its own particular kind of energy on the page.

Spent twenty years as a journalist being professionally skeptical of everything. Applied that same skepticism to every stage of the publishing process. Found almost nothing to be skeptical about which was genuinely disorienting. Good contracts, transparent communication, honest timelines. Either publishing has improved significantly or I found the right house first try. Willing to admit it might be the latter.

I've been writing YA fantasy since I was sixteen and submitting to publishers since I was twenty-two. That's six years of rejections, near-misses, and one truly awful experience with a vanity press that I don't even want to get into. So when I say Prime Publishing Studio restored my faith in the process, I mean it in the most literal way possible. They got the genre. They got the audience. My editor had actual opinions about world-building and pacing that pushed the book into a completely different league.

great quality of work, very detail-oriented, awesome customer service and project management! I'm so lucky I found them and published my first book. They are the best I can imagine.

My experience was decent, especially for a first-time author. They guided me through the basics of publishing, which helped because I had no idea how ISBNs or distribution worked. Some services felt a bit generic, but the support team answered questions patiently. Not perfect, but helpful if you need structure.

As an author, handing over your work can be stressful, but this team handled my project with care. The editors respected my writing style while improving clarity and structure. They didn’t over-edit or strip away personality, which is something I’ve experienced elsewhere.

The marketing side was more about direction than pressure. Instead of pushing expensive add-ons, they helped me understand what would actually benefit my book. That honesty made the experience feel trustworthy and author-friendly.

The cover design came out better than I hoped. I only gave a rough idea, and they somehow turned it into something that actually fits the book. I've gotten a few compliments on it already.

I was trying to self-publish a book and for some reason, this service was what showed up first when I Googled Amazon Publishing. Although no one on their team said they were associated with Amazon, I assumed that they were because "Prime" is in their name and they use a logo very similar to the Amazon logo for their email signature.

Their service is to help authors get their book ready to be loaded onto KDP. Amazon will never charge you if you upload the book yourself. I was charged ~$300 and was solicited twice for upsells that ranged from $800-$2,000.

They did work to prepare my book for publishing, including making edits (which I caught- not their publishing team) and creating a cover. I put a stop to the process when they asked for my Amazon sign-in information and OTP code. I was afraid my personal information and account were at risk.

I have since taken my manuscript, made the necessary adjustments, and loaded it onto KDP (for free). It wasn't that hard and they didn't try to upsell me on other services.

When I posted this review, I was contacted within 24 hours by their lawyer, threatening to report me to the Attorney General for defamation. I received a 2nd threat just hours after the first one when I revised my review to be more objective.

One can't help but wonder if other reviewers have had a similar experience and pulled their reviews down out of fear.

My experience with Prime Publishing Studio as a first-time children’s book author has been very disappointing. I joined with great excitement, but after four months, it became clear this was not the right company for my project.

I purchased their Gold Illustration Package, which included 25 illustrations, unlimited revisions, and a dedicated project manager. Throughout the process, I had to request many changes to the illustrations because the characters and artwork were inconsistent. These problems seemed to come from different illustrators working on the project, and it often took multiple follow-ups to get anything corrected. Although some revisions were completed, many were only partially addressed. In several cases, a few items were corrected, while others with the same issues remained unchanged, requiring me to request the same corrections again. New inconsistencies would also appear later, which I had to follow up on multiple times. At no point during the process was I informed that approving a draft meant revisions could no longer be requested, especially given that my plan included unlimited revisions.

Even though I explained the layout I wanted for the book early in the process, the same issues persisted. I asked several times to speak with a manager and even suggested having a single illustrator assigned so the artwork could remain consistent. When I finally spoke with a manager in mid-October and explained my concerns, I felt as if I were being blamed for the delays simply because I wanted the book done correctly. We were unable to agree on a path forward, and my project was closed. I was told that the company had fulfilled its obligation by providing a draft flip book, even though the book was far from finished.

This has been a very discouraging experience as a new author. I am sharing my story in hopes that the company will improve communication, quality control, and support for new writers.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to first-time writers or publishers who expect expert guidance or quality results. I hope my experience encourages other new authors to ask for clear timelines, consistent communication, and transparent processes before investing.

I liked how transparent they were about the costs and timeline. everything was handled honestly.

Josh Abraham was wonderful with getting my guided journal published. He answered my questions and ensured things were taken care of. There was a question of what was included in my package based on in the info I was given by the consultant, but Josh got it taken care of.

These Prime Publishers are very attentive to my needs and respond quickly and almost daily to encourage my edits and promote my first and 2nd and upcoming books. I have worked with a variety of Prime Publisher personnel and always found them friendly and cooperative. That means Eva, Celine, Richard and others have gently pressed me to submit and release more stories for which they will edit for grammar and readability. I feel comfortable with their editing skills and all the steps to preparing my stories for final publication and release even world-wide. .. I am more than pleased with their work and friendliness.

BEWARE!!!

I feel obligated to share my experience to protect others from falling victim to the same fraudulent practices I have recently encountered.

After working with Prime Publishing Studio and Senior Manager Ben Mark on my book project, I was introduced to what was presented as an “investment opportunity” involving both Prime Publishing Studio and Global Ink House. The proposal was compelling, and I was further connected with another Senior Manager, Dushane Barnes.

Despite having a signed contract, dozens of confirming emails, wire transfers, and supporting documents, I was falsely promised a guaranteed return on my investment tied to book printing and distribution. Subsequent requests for additional funds were honored to support Chase bank transfers and wires. A red flag for me but Ben was compelling in its legitimacy so I could be made whole.

None of these commitments have been honored. My funds were taken, taxes were allegedly paid, and neither my investment nor the promised returns have been provided by the contractual due date earlier in the summer.

Instead, I have been met with months of vague assurances, disingenuous responses, and an alarming lack of communication—leaving me with no resolution despite giving both individuals ample opportunity to remedy the situation.

Unless this matter is resolved immediately, I will be formally reporting Prime Publishing Studio, Global Ink House, and the individuals involved to the appropriate authorities and regulatory bodies.

I share this experience partially out of anger and embarrassment, but out of responsibility—to raise awareness and prevent others from being misled by similar schemes. If you are approached with offers of “guaranteed returns” in publishing or distribution, I urge you to exercise extreme caution.

working with prime publishing studio for the second time only strengthened my trust in their team. beyond their reliable editing and writing support, they introduced new promotional strategies that helped my book reach an even wider audience.

Their dedication and creativity made the entire process inspiring, and i felt confident knowing my project was in expert hands.

Nothing but headache working with these people. Manuscript had over 70 issues, multiple attempts to fix. They upsell everything and no results. Waiting on press release and trailer as of today July 24, for a book published in February. Each time I’ve asked for contact for my lawyer I’m given the run around. I’ve asked for refund for the trailer and press release which were separate charges and NADA.

Gave them three words dark, mystery, wood, and the cover they made was perfect. Looks like a bestseller, got tons of compliments from readers and friends.

My fantasy novel was a hot mess, filled with typos galore, pacing issues, and a DIY cover that screamed "Amateur" I almost gave up until I found these guys, and now my book's getting rave reviews for its professional quality. both inside and out.

This is my 2nd book published through Prime Publishing Studio and I've been thrilled with both! Paul is wonderful to work with! Will use them for book 3 again.
