I am have been with Primis (previously FirstRecruitment) for approximately a year and I am just about to leave them to take on a permanent role.
I wanted to provide this review because although I have only been contracting for one year my interactions with Primis have been excellent. They have provided a super speedy response to all my queries and have been very accommodating about (multiple) changes to my pension contributions. I believe their costs are transparent and fair and tied with excellent customer support they really do provide a great service. Its 5 starts from me!.

I have been working for a global company and paid through Primis since January 2023 and it has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish, i am moving into a staff role next week, however i have only good things to say about these guys. My main points of contact has been Emma Schrader and Deb Swain and they have been brilliant, such clear communication and always happy to help me through my 1st time working as a contractor. I have been working for a large multinational company through and being paid via Primus. My main contact has been via Deb and cannot praise her enough. Prior to starting she explained the various processes and options i had and i can say that what transpired was exactly as she described. A very stress free process which allowed me to choose the options that i wanted. Thank you Primis

Primis provide their service to the large multinational company engaging my limited company consultancy. They have been consistently excellent, from the set up of the arrangement, through refresh of associated documentation as necessary such as insurances, to the provision of consistently prompt payment. Any issues with my submissions have been raised immediately, they have gone out of their way to accommodate corrections within the payment cycle and even raised with me when expected client approvals have not arrived prior to cash flow being impacted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Emma's quick and efficient responses, along with her commitment to completing tasks promptly, have made my interactions with her enjoyable and productive.
It's always valuable to have a reliable and responsive point of contact when dealing with business matters.

I have been with Primus and Deb now since May 2023. From day 1 getting the necessary paperwork in place to weekly timesheets was and still is a pain free experience. Deb explained everything and it just worked. So overall what she and Primus do works.
