Ordered an outfit on the 26th of June. Been waiting and waiting on it but emailed them on 13th of July to see where my order was. Was then told they dont have the size i ordered. So when were the company going to contact me to tell me they didnt have that size? Or why was it available to order in the first place. Now asked for a refund because smaller size is no use to me but probably wait forever on that too.

Ordered an under armour top in June said 3-5 working day delivery. Still not received order sent 4 emails 1 voicemail as don’t answer phone. Only had 1 email reply back this top was a present which unfortunately they did not receive. I’ve asked for a refund or update on order. Have ordered previously with problems. Still waiting for a response. Not happy

I’ve ordered some shorts and a top waited weeks for it emailed them a couple of times they replied to them at first but now I’ve been asking for a refund I’ve heard nothing so please don’t ever order from this s—t company they are the biggest scam company ever

Wrong trainer and wrong size was sent.
We have tried to call and no answer, just a monbile. No reply to 4 emails. On every upset child who just wants the correct trainer.

Terrible company, they don’t respond to emails and haven’t sent out any Royal Mail tracking evidence but have said the item is shipped.

I purchased an Item then 3 days later the order was dispatched even though they state a 3-5 working day delivery time. I got a refund on my delivery costs but still haven’t got my item to this day. First bad experience with this company so i’m sad to be writing this review. 👎🏽👎🏽

Did not receive no confirmation email or item. I have contacted primo sports many times and no one gets back to me. Worst company. Don’t buy they are a fraud

Really wish I had read these reviews. I ordered shorts and top on 24th June for my grandsons birthday. To date nothing received. I have tried to contact by e mail and phone with no success. It looks like i will have to approach my card provider for a refund.

Order arrived but returned it all over a month ago tracked and signed, emailed multiple times and have had no replies about a refund, really bad

I have still not received my order. And it’s been over a week, and just keep getting told that it’s with Royal Mail

I ordered trainers over 5 weeks ago. Still yet to receive them (because of an issue with Royal Mail admittedly) however the communication (or lack) of from Primo is around the worst I have ever seen. Emails, calls, social media. I have tried the lot. All I need them to do is raise a claim with Royal Mail for a refund but it feels like Primo just don’t know what they are doing. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered 3 sets only received 1 full set with the two other t shirts without the shorts.

I ordered two pairs of shorts and a vest and a T-shirt. I received the vest and 2 of the same t-shirts (only ordered one) but no shorts.

Tried to call the number on their website but it says number not recognised 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ actually managed to get an email back from them to say the shorts show as delivered even though I explained the tracking number they provided for the shorts was actually the extra t shirt I received but no shorts were in any of the parcels (all 3 items came separately). I don’t know how they can’t see what they have sent. Got another email back asking if I’m sure I have not received the shorts 🤣 absolute jokers. Now I’m waiting for a refund because I’m clearly not going to receive the shorts 🤦🏻‍♀️

UPDATE
NOW THEY ARE INSISTING I SEND THEM BACK THE SPARE T SHIRT THEY SENT TWICE AND STILL IGNORING THE FACT THEY HAVENT SENT THE SHORTS BUT HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY FOR THEM.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!!!

SCAMMERS - Avoid at all cost, they use tactics to send you old gear you didn't pay for, then send items 1 at a time and you only get refunds under loads of conditions, they are relying on customer apathy to not bother and accept the rubbish they send, AVOID

Didn’t get the item (Nike Trainers) no replies to emails, luckily paid on credit card so had to claim the money back that way.

I ordered 3 items from Primo Sports UK LTD 2 joggers and a t shirt which arrived late but once they arrived i decided that i no longer wanted them and sent them back on the 16/05/23 via Royal Mail first class. After countless emails and messages on instagram about my refund and still to this day after being promised i was going to be refunded, i never have been.

This page is a scam and I have reported them to trading standards and l would encourage everyone to report them and report their instagram page, the number on their web page is not legit either.

There’s no way a a legit company is going to behave in this manner they’re stealing peoples hard earned money
