Do not buy from this company! Seems as though they send the wrong items deliberately customers service number does not exist so there is no way of contacting them. Wish I had read all the reviews before hand. Ordered a Garmin fenix 6x took two weeks for anything to come and when it arrived I was shocked to see they had sent a Garnin instinct solar less than half the price of the watch I ordered. They requested I sent the watch back for their cock up out of my own pocket or they would refund the difference. I was not prepared to send the watch back blind to them after reading their reviews so I settled with a refund for half what I paid so now I am left with a shoddy watch that if I wanted would have ordered in the first place! First class wallies avoid this company also looks like they are winding down their business according to companies house

Purchased two items from Primo. One arrived on time. The other was no longer available. I asked for a refund and it took around two months to receive after several emails. Ultimately it did arrive though.

Awful company
Awful company. Returned an item of Clothing as I didn’t like it. First class tracked. Completed my returns form wanting a full refund. Been two weeks now, nothing emailed numerous times. As well as trying to ring these customer service line which goes straight to voicemail. Basically theft I know I’m not the only ones it’s happened to either by looking at the reviews.

I hate to have to leave a bad review as I love all of the items online although I ordered items and they were not dispatched so I asked could I cancel as I needed them for a certain day. I was told no as the order had already been dispatched one of the items in the suit I ordered arrived a week later and I never received the second item. I have further asked when they may arrive and not received a response. It’s really sad as I wanted these for my holiday although have no idea when I may receive the shorts! Gutted!

9 days have passed and the order has not yet arrived, this is unacceptable as they even charge a high fee for the shipping cost. I had to order from somewhere else what I received first for a higher price to cover it until I receive this order. This is completely unacceptable for a nutritional supplement

Avoid Primo Sports! I ordered a Nike set and a Nike top for a present for my boyfriend 2 weeks before his birthday. I waited over 10 working days for this to arrive, when it eventually delivered there was an item missing in the order and it was a day before his birthday - very disappointing and poor service! I emailed a number of times asking where the updates for my order was and heard absolutely nothing back for days. I then tried to contact them on Instagram but yet again didn’t get a reply as well as that I rang a phone line which doesn’t even work. That final item arrived today with no tags on and wasn’t even in a plastic bag too, I asked for a full refund on the item as I didn’t want it due to it being so late. I have now received the item today without any tags on and not wrapped up. I will never use Primo Sports ever again, terrible customer service.

Dropshipping company. When you order trainers you’re not ordering from them, they take your money and send it to a supplier and the item is dispatched from their.
As a result you get no confirmation emails and can expect very long delivery times.
