Great quality but flag pole too large
Great quality printing on the flag and fast delivery. Only issue is the flag pole that only folds in half making the package very large (too large to take on a flight). This should be explained in the description or offer alternative, lightweight, foldable flag poles for use at indoor events.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality, delivered on time, but outer packaging was not sufficient. Slight damage to one item, but nominal credit given to cover inconvenience. Printed instructions for assembly would have been helpful within the package. Excellent telephone response and assistance.

Great all round service

Zero communication / aggressive, arrogant and rude MD
Seldom compelled to write these reviews, until now.
Order promised to be fulfilled in time for an event with 2 weeks' notice, it transpired 8 of the 9 items hadn't even started printing on the day of it.
Sent 3 emails asking for a refund after the event which was ignored by the salesperson I was in contact with to order initially. After not receiving any response in nearly 4 weeks I called the salesperson to be told he'd resolve it. A further 2 follow-up emails were ignored again.
After 6 weeks, I called and spoke to Manager on the phone, who promised MD would approve a refund on the Monday - this didn't happen.
Called and spoke to the MD who then proceeded to bluntly cut me off mid-sentence and demand I give my name before he'd even let me finish explaining why I was calling. After attempting to finish my sentence a couple of times he cut me off for daring to not tolerate his disgraceful attitude.
Called back to be met with the same attitude so just gave my name and asked if I could now finish citing the reason for my call. At no point, even upon realising how badly a customer had been let down, was any form of apology forthcoming. He simply said he needed to go and confirm it and would contact me the next day. Even though his manager had already confirmed it and was supposedly just awaiting approval of the refund, due to be processed that day.
I actually said I wouldn't hold my breath that he'd get back to me given the previous month and a half of false promises...and guess what - nothing for 4 more days until I called again!
Finally got through to a poor employee who had clearly dealt with her MD's collateral before and finally managed to have the refund processed. Top marks for her actually affording me 30 seconds to explain the situation at the beginning of the call before looking further into it - clearly has some level of customer service training outwith Eco Print.
The MD was on speaker the whole duration of their rude, aggressive ego trip and a room of 6 other people was left astounded that someone would speak to their own customers that way - especially considering the circumstances.
Complete and utter joke of a business, avoid at all costs.
