Wonderful customer service and the product is so great, can’t wait to hang them for my sisters 30th birthday! Came super quickly via Royal Mail. One of the orders is an old funny picture of my sister so it is slightly grainy and customer service rang to confirm I was happy with my order. Would really recommend!’

I really recommend this business. I have used them three times now and I have never been disappointed with the quality of product and speed of service. I recently bought face masks of my dad to surprise him as he walked out of the hotel lift on his 80th. It’s so far my best and happiest memory of 2024. Pure joy!!! 😊

Great personalised service and quick delivery

Was promised delivery within 3-5 days but sadly the package was lost by Royal Mail.
Printed little things was helpful via the phone however and sent out another order via fast track and they covered the cost.
Not a great start, but from one small business to another these things happen and i will use this company again purely for that fact they were kind and eager to fulfil their order and rectify a mistake that wasn’t actually theirs in the first place.

Perfect product. The first one didn't arrive but was sent, I assume our unpredictable post service. They managed to send another one to the party venue in time. The birthday boy loved them!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a coordinate outfit for my daughter. Paid £4.99 for next day delivery as was in a rush for items! They arrived and incorrect top was sent. Got in touch with PLT who advised to return the item and they’ll wave the £1.99 return charge. Returned the skirt and top and because I returned both and not just the incorrect item they charged me the £1.99 return charge. After contacting PLT questioning this they confirmed this. I asked for my delivery charge to be refunded also as this was their error and as it’s a coordinate outfit keeping one of the items would be pointless. They continued to refuse. I have never dealt with a company with some poor customer service. Definitely won’t be using this company ever again. Terrible.

Last week I ordered a large desk-size cardboard cut out and was so happy with the product - I only had a small instagram sized photo which I was convinced wouldn’t be good enough quality for a decent print but they worked their magic and produced a great item which I’m so grateful for. And the turnaround was within 24hrs - so speedy! Thanks again!
