Amazing customer service & overall experience
When my fiance and I got engaged, we knew we wanted to make books with recipes gathered from all of our guests to give out as our wedding favors. I spent countless hours making each unique recipe card to go into the book and when I finally finished and it was time to find a company to make the books, I never would have anticipated how easy Printivity made the whole process! Their website is super user friendly and thorough so you know you're getting exactly what you want. After submitting my files, I got an email just a couple of hours later explaining a detail that I missed that could have easily gone overlooked but they really cared about making sure my final product was exactly what I wanted. They gave me ample time to fix my file and send it back free of charge. I emailed back and forth with Rosie Patterson and she was so helpful and kind. I ordered 42 books and they arrived SO FAST. I cried when I opened them, they are so perfect and I can't wait to give them out at our wedding. Thank you so much to Printivity for making this process easy and fast!!

High quality bargain!
VERY well done! After approving the proofs (which arrived super quickly), my order was printed in full color, coil-bound, and "covered" -- and packaged and delivered to me as requested. The booklets I ordered look fantastic. The print is clear, the colors are exactly as I specified, and the images are impeccable. Cost was a bargain for what I received. Super high-quality delivered on-time and on budget. Thank you, Printivity!

Thank you for taking the time to discuss this order with me! While the approved digital proof did show that the last two pages of the file would be printed on the back cover, I understand that you were disappointed with the outcome. I’m glad that we were able to provide a resolution, and we look forward to working with you again in the future!
