While the Tirzepatide has been helpful, the company has Not. I call from the site and get an automated message saying i'll get a call within 4 hours. It's been over a week. Medical experts never check in, customer service is nonexistent, text messages and emails go unanswered. They short every order by not adding enough wipes or needles. I fill the needles exactly how much is recommended, and always run out too soon. Firat they say it's like $200 extra for another bottle, then say they can't sell me one. Do they not realize that they're giving the same amount, whether it's 6mg or 15? It's Never enough. This last time, I wasted so much time trying to send in for my lastv3 months. They lost the oder, said they'd check in 12 hours, then never wrote back. I wrote angry note back, and lo and behold, my tracking is magically back on track, arriving in 4 days (after I take my last (half of) a shot left. No notice given. Also, their 14mg shot is the exact same as 15 mg, so beware. I will find another company with lower prices and not so many hoops to jump thru. Once I get my last 3 months, i'm done with them. They SUCK.

I was very skeptical but it seems to be working for me so far. I am in my 3rd week and losing about 1.5 lbs a week...slow and steady wins the race! I have had some nausea right after the shot but this last shot was problem free. I still feel very clumsy giving myself the shot but my husband helps.

Carlos was the only one that reached back out after my medicine was sent and the packaging was hot when I opened it my husband told me to take the temp it was 91° and I tried to reach out out if concern that the meds were ruined

Meds arrived on time and have worked very well, I am holding steady at 181.2 lbs just a little above my goal weight of 177. I have maxed out on what I am allowed to inject per week but I feel great and am very happy with the service and medication. I have had no problems or side affects from my trizeptide injections. Affordable weight loss is achievable for anyone.

Interviews are to the point and there is no pressure to purchase "add ons"". Billing is simple and my meds and related items arrive on time and well packaged to keep the medicine cold and viable. Along with fair pricing, Prioritymeds has been a big positive for me.

My experience has been fantastic. Yes they are hard to reach at times. But think about it. This is the hottest product on the market today. if you compare them to the really big Ro's of the world, I will take priority meds. There is a lot of clinical trial and of fake product out there. Priority is straight. Check your vials, do your homework. And the price is more than competitive. My one suggestion, because of all the bad product out there, send certificates of authentication of the purity and # of gms . Great Company

Horrible company. Tirzepatide arrived over 100 degrees. Customer service is AI and terrible. They sent out a replacement and arrived hot again.

Medication arrived hot! Delivered in 90 degree weather. Arrived a day late refrigerating packs inside were hot called the company. No reply. Text the company no reply Email the company no reply and on the medication says keep refrigerated. I will not use the medication through it out a waste of money to deal with this company.

I have been a prioritymeds customer since Dec 2025. I am very happy with their service. My meds arrive timely and always protected against the heat. Their customer service has been responsive to all my questions. I couldn't be happier.

I get zero response from customer service. Can someone please reach out? I need help with a refill but a not getting any answer.
