We were seen quickly after the appointment was made.
Frank made my daughter feel welcome and understood how to speak to her and make her less anxious.
The whole experience was dealt with professionally but friendly and i would highly recommend.

These people are great at what they provide,understanding ,caring and truely professional, nothing is too much,they listen and are great in every aspect,also give great after care and helpful information of the understanding. Would highly recommend.

An amazing experience from start to finish! They are one of the cheaper ones but honestly they are worth their weight in gold! I can’t put into words how grateful we are as a family for the help, support and someone that actually wants to listen and help.

Initial appointment:
Frank is extremely knowledgeable as is Charlotte. He instantly made my son feel at ease with his friendly banter. They was no rushing through anything ensuring he had a thorough picture of what was going on in great detail. I thought ‘Finally someone that wants to listen!’. He made me feel truly heard and knew that I just wanted the best for my son as would anyone.

Report: The report was emailed and posted out to me in great detail and ensured they didn’t miss anything off with lots of advice and recommendations.

Follow up appointment OT:
Our appointment with Charlotte was great! Very welcoming, friendly and again she is very knowledgeable gave lots of advice and support.

Medication appointment:
Initially they was no appointments left until we was away on holiday and after my son really struggled in the first week of the school holidays I knew we couldn’t wait that long. I emailed Frank and I had a reply and an appointment back within 10 minutes. Their service is second to none!

Overall our experience has been incredible and I’m so glad I chose this company and would recommend them to EVERYONE that is looking for a private assessment.

Charlotte was so lovely to chat to at George OT review.
She gave some amazing ideas and advice and has supported us with the choice to try George on some ADHD medication to help him.
As school is becoming more challenging for George at the moment we feel medication might help him.

I booked my daughter’s ADHD assessment, and we were fortunate to be offered an appointment the following week. Frank had been highly recommended to me by several people, and the team were incredibly accommodating in ensuring our appointment was with him at our request.
From the very beginning, Frank was professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. His communication was exceptional, I never waited more than an hour for a response, and he was always honest, open and informative throughout both the pre-assessment process and the assessment itself.
When we arrived, Frank immediately put my husband, my daughter and me at ease. He created a relaxed, welcoming environment and explained the assessment process in a way that my daughter could understand, making her feel involved and included throughout.
Frank listened carefully to everything we had to say. At no point did we feel dismissed or that our concerns were unimportant. We genuinely felt heard and understood. His observations of my daughter were incredibly insightful, he noticed subtle behaviours and traits that many people would easily overlook, demonstrating both his experience and his thorough understanding of ADHD.
Following the assessment, Frank clearly explained the next steps and has continued to respond promptly to any questions. His approach has been holistic, compassionate and evidence-based throughout. It is clear that he follows NICE guidelines and conducts assessments to a very high standard.

Had an appointment with charlotte Friday about my son has been on navigo list 2 years and recently been told they are 7 months behind got so frustrated waiting for answers decided to go private. Made the whole process so easy absolutely gutted I didn't do it sooner would highly recommend 15 years of fighting the system for our child and we finally have our answer thank you so much to Frank and charlotte really feel such relief

The initial assessment was very thorough and the whole process was quick and efficient with a lengthy report and free follow up OT appointment to discuss next steps.

Having spent years trying to figure out was happening with my daughter it was such a relief to finally feel heard. We can now focus on moving forward and putting the correct measures in place to ensure our daughter doesn’t fall through the cracks in terms of her education.

A fantastic service. We have waited so long to get a diagnosis it was almost a relief to finally have some answers.

Our adult daughter didn’t want to go and I was certain she wouldn’t open up to Frank but with his knowledge and professionalism the appointment went really well.He got her weighed up in know time. He made us feel really at ease, was very down to earth and approachable which made her feel comfortable enough to open up to him.

Meeting Frank and finally being diagnosed with ADHD has been life changing for me at 51 i have always felt different and odd i cant wait for this new chapter now in my story.

I booked a screening consultation to get a feel for what, if anything to do next.

On the day the whole process was very friendly and relaxed.

By the end Frank gave me his initial thoughts and on the way home I decided to go for the adhd assessment

If there is a way to not just cope in life but do better then it seems worth pursuing

I won't get the ultimate answer to life, the universe and everything but knowing where I sit on the neurodiverse Venn diagram is a good start.

Cost? It's not free but I have spent more money on useless books on the subject over the years and this has been way ,way, more helpful.

I do find writing reviews a great distraction from tidying the kitchen

Frank and his team are amazing! We came to see Frank in April 2026 and he is so warm and welcoming and great with my son! He answered all our questions and concerns as and when needed! He is literally a phone call away! When we came back for medication, he went above and beyond! He helped us with what would be right for our son and explained every so our son would understand.He is one in a million and has changed our son’s life. I cannot thank him enough! Thank you Frank

During the assessment Frank instantly put my son at ease and the environment didn't feel too clinical or intimidating allowing him to fully be himself. Franks friendly demeanor made it easy to explain our concerns to him and made us feel listened to without judgement. Would recommend to anyone wanting an easy to navigate process for ADHD diagnosis

I would highly recommend Private ADHD Assessment Doncaster if needing an ADHD Assessment for your child. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. Frank and Charlotte were very responsive during the initial process. When I completed the the screening assessment on the website, I didn't expect to hear back as quickly as I did but it was same day. The booking process for the assessment was very easy and we had our appointment within a week of initial contact. We had a face to face appointment with Frank and he put us all at ease right from the start, he explained the whole process in a way that not just we could understand, but also my daughter so she was aware of what was happening at every stage. We had a video call with Charlotte and she gave us a lot of advice and strategies to use going forward. I have already recommended Frank and Charlotte a work colleague and they have also had their child assessed and have been happy with the process too. All in all, a very positive experience for my family!

We were in and out in record time, but with a clear plan of how the next month will look.
Stats taken, a well-being check, medication / possible side effects discussed, a plan of action and that all important support plan.

I cannot tell you what a difference this experience is making.

Wow frank is amazing he did my assessment and made me feel at ease as an adult getting diagnosed I was worried but the hole appointment was really smooth and I was made to feel comfortable throughout I would highly recommend frank he passionate and caring about what he dose and that is so hard to find thank you so much no my life makes sense

Frank always goes that extra mile to support the children, my little boy can be himself around him, would highly recommend

I cant give frank and his team higher then 5* unfortunatly because if I could, I would. Not only has he done my sons diagnosis and got him the help he has needed in regards to medication and support but frank has also helped with the other its to add with my sons disability. He is so friendly and person centred. He was made for this job and I continue to put to others about this company.

I was extremely nervous about my daughter’s appointment. Frank was fantastic he listened , he understood , and he was great with our daughter. We received the diagnosis we were expecting which feels like a huge weight has been lifted and now we can get our daughter the support she requires. Thank you !!
