It was lovely meeting Charlotte yesterday with my son. This was the first setting where I have seen my 11 year old son feel completely relaxed and was able to be his true self, something that he struggles to do in every day life with the fear of feeling weird or different from everyone else. After years of concerns and having no one willing to listen to my son's struggles puts an enormous strain on you as a parent but after this session I felt the weight being lifted and I truly thank you for listening and for not only helping my son but also helping me. I highly recommended this service and if you are currently awaiting NHS appointments I would seriously consider this service as I was told that my son would have left school by the time he got assessed.

My son had his assessment in November 2025, frank was amazing with him we gave as much detail as possible about our son, when he spoke to my son he was able to connect with him my son loved frank and wants to keep going back just to see frank, frank was able to give us so much information unfortunately we got no diagnosis due to his school snap IV school then decided after the assessment to place him on their sen register and was placed in another school for children with special needs I asked them if they could do a snap IV they did we passed that straight in to frank and it came back with my son being diagnosed ADHD I am so thankful to frank and charlotte they kept intouch with us and if I needed any help they were there now we can move forward in helping my son and hopefully be able to help my son either through medication or other means.

After being on the NHS waiting list for 5 years and receiving a letter kicking us off the waiting list because the clinic had changed hands, enough was enough I was desperate and chose to pay private.
The assessor Frank was fantastic with my son, made him feel like he had a voice, important, valued and that he was actually listening to him.
The entire process from start to finish was smooth and thorough. I wished I had done this years ago to get the help and support both myself and my son needed.
This will change our lives.

As many of these reviews state, Frank is excellent and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The assessment itself was a lot lighter than we were expecting, no bad thing, most of the assessment itself was based on the significant amounts of information that were provided before the session and the assessment completed by school. We are still awaiting the next stages of the assessment, but would highly recommend based on experience to date

My child was quite nervous for the assessment, Frank ensured she was given a voice and quickly put her at ease. We all felt heard after years of feeling unheard. Very clear process from start to finish. Thankyou for all your help.

Frank the assesor is a great guy and the nurse dont no her name made too feel comfortable and he as great knowlage of numuros disorders
I only went too see him about adhd it turns out thers much much been fobbed of and lied too for 30 years with the nhs mental health specialists this man new what was wrong with me after an hour of meeting me im so pleased i got an oppertunatuly too go see a private docter and am now after 3 week on with the right meds i feel better than i ever have things are going alot better than before so pleasd i think i can see myself living now instead of just surviving in mysery for 40 years cheers frank

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Frank, who completed my ADHD assessment. From the very beginning, he made me feel completely at ease in what could have been a very overwhelming and emotional process. Wish I had done this sooner. It is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. Frank was instantly likeable and made me feel at ease straight away. Like many women, hitting perimenopause means a significant worsening of symptoms and has unravelled many of my coping mechanisms. Having the screening and subsequent assessment with Frank has made me feel like a massive lifetime weight has been lifted. The whole process has made me feel super optimistic about moving forward in the next stage of my life. We have spent almost five years going from appointment to appointment, feeling unheard, dismissed, and treated like a number. Every time, it felt like people were trying to downplay the challenges our son faces daily. We were passed from pillar to post, repeating the same story, getting nowhere, and watching our son lose confidence with every appointment.

There was a bit of banter, a bit of fun, and for the first time ever, our son actually smiled in an appointment. That alone meant the world to us.

Receiving the diagnosis has given us clarity we’ve been desperate for. We finally know where we stand and how best to support our son so he can be the very best version of himself. There will still be challenges, that’s a given, but now we can face them together with understanding instead of confusion.

I walked out of that appointment feeling relieved for the first time in years. It feels like we can finally move forward.
