Frank & Charlotte were both very easy to talk to and understanding. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

I honestly cannot thank Private ADHD assessment Doncaster enough, especially Frank who carried out my son’s assessment. From the moment we arrived, Frank made my son feel truly seen and listened to – something not many people manage to do. He let him be his bouncy, talkative self without ever trying to change him, and put his needs first throughout the whole process.

Communication was outstanding. Emails were always answered quickly, and Frank even took the time to respond in the evening, outside of working hours, when I had questions. He went above and beyond by providing a letter for school to explain why my son needed time off, which was such a big help.

The speed and efficiency of the whole process was incredible – I booked on the Saturday and by the following Thursday, we were in the clinic and my son had his diagnosis. The pricing is amazing too, especially considering the level of care and kindness we received.

What really stood out to me is how Frank not only cared for my son but also took the time to ask how I was coping – something no other professional has ever done. As a parent who has been worn out from constantly fighting for support, that small act of kindness meant the world to me.

Frank is genuinely doing God’s work, giving these kids the chance to get the diagnoses and support they need, and doing it with compassion, patience, and understanding. My son enjoyed the appointment so much that I actually struggled to get him to leave!

If you’re looking for a kind, friendly, thorough, and genuinely caring assessor, Frank is your man. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

After waiting several years on the NHS/Navigo wait lists for ADHD assessment for my 8 year old son, we finally decided to go privately with Private ADHD Assessment Doncaster, and I have never been happier with a decision! We had the consultation over Teams and Frank was amazing building a relationship with myself and my son. The experience was incredibly laid back, yet I have never felt so heard from a professional. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, with suggestions of autism, at the age of 43. It’s a huge and emotional step to go through, but from the very beginning Frank made the whole process feel safe, supportive and even empowering. He was so genuine, easy to connect with, and felt more like a trusted friend than a practitioner.

Both Frank and Charlotte go above and beyond in what they do. Together they make a fantastic team, creating a calm, reassuring environment that takes away the fear and uncertainty that often comes with assessments like these.

Frank also assessed my daughter, and the compassion and understanding shown to her was just as incredible. To finally have answers, clarity and a way forward for us both is life-changing.

We will be forever grateful to Frank and Charlotte for their kindness, professionalism, and the difference they have made to our lives.

I cannot begin to thank Frank enough. There is probably many of you out there that as parents feel like you know your child better than anyone, you know their a little different in their own special way but have been told for years you were wrong. You have probably like me spent endless hours trying to find help and support and months if not years waiting to get assessments so your child could finally get the support they needed. This was me and my son! On meeting Frank I could see from his interaction with my son that he really takes time to build a great rapport with his patients, my son struggles in feeling stimulated to have conversations with adults, but Frank was great at this, and my son even said after the assessment ‘he was sound”(teenage talk for cool ☺️).
After a diagnosis of ADHD and suspected ASD I am so hoping that my son finally gets the correct support now to reach his full potential in school. This service provided by Frank and Charlotte I would go as far to say is a one of a kind. They have created a pathway for those of us who cannot afford the high costings that most charge for these assessments and given us the chance for our child to get the support he needed, and I will be forever thankful. Throughout the interview assessment Frank was easy to speak too and allowed me to be honest open and frank to the point.

He listened and explored my answers to establish what was going on and all my history.

After receiving my assessment documents and after Frank has been approachable and there for any questions or queries that I have.
Even today I can message and Frank is very supportive and helpful.

Put my son at ease straight away . I’ve had him in main stream help for years for the exact same thing frank thought straight away. Best money I’ve ever spent . Everyone always shouts you down but as a mum don’t ever doubt yourself

I've had such a bad experience previously, that I was very nervous prior to the assessment, but Frank absolutely put my mind at ease. He was amazing and I felt like a weight had been lifted when I left.

I could not recommend frank and this service more. We have been stuck in the system for years with no hope and very little support. Until we were recommended frank.
He was amazing with our little girl in every way. Really listened to our concerns as a family to come up with the best way to support us.
The assessment its self was really light but extremely thorough, he put us at ease straight away by being really friendly but professional. It’s clear he has a wealth of knowledge in this area as well as lots of experience in supporting families.
The service is half of the prices we previously looked at and double the support offered elsewhere.
It’s hugely refreshing to find someone who completely gets it and genuinely wants to help as in this field it’s not always the case.

From the outset Frank was fabulous - the right mix of calm, empathic, reassuring and practical. He listened carefully to my concerns about the process and the ideas around the approach I wanted to take. He gave regular updates and made me feel ‘in the loop’ at all times.
As a parent it’s easy to feel dismissed or have your concerns disregarded - Frank’s way of working is the absolute opposite of this and makes you feel heard and validated.
Frank’s diagnostic report was thorough, personal and has made a huge impact to us.
Nothing is too much trouble.
I went back to him to ask for additional support addressing an issue and he responded promptly and with genuine understanding.

What a fantastic experience. At what is a difficult and anxious time for parents Frank instantly puts your mind at ease. My son was worried about all the questions he may be asked and was nervous going in Frank settled him straight away with his friendly and caring nature. The assessment was chilled and in a comfortable setting. We are now one step further to getting my son the correct support he needs and I couldn’t be more grateful to Frank and the team.

I can not recommend Frank enough! From start to finish the whole process is very personal, you aren’t just a number like the NHS. Frank takes him time to understand you, make you feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. My son was very nervous about going to the session but as we walked out he commented on how nice Frank was and funny because he made him laugh.
