This company will find a loophole to make you pay the fine
I’d been visiting a friend for a few days, displayed the permit - admittedly out of date but the residents association had assured my friend that the parking situation was under review and no new permits would be issued so displaying the out of date one was proof enough. For the entire 8 days of my visit the permit was on full display - on the day I left, I took it out of my car to return it to my friend literally minutes before leaving.
I got a PCN from this bunch of opportunists that was timed 5 minutes before I left, so someone must have been hovering around and watching. I have disputed this matter but the response has been that the permit was out of date so technically I am at fault. This means that the entire community will also be receiving PCN’s as nobody has been issued a current parking permit.
As the parking is under review I guess that means that this company is in danger of losing the contract so are trying to get as much out of it as they can. The residents association is also taking the matter to PPS.
phoned these people to get a new…cowboy firm
phoned these people to get a new permit. Guy I spoke to on the phone thought he was one of the kray twins. Said its not up to them to supply. I told him well I won't be paying any fines and then he started to threaten so far I have over 60 pcns from them and they haven't received a penny from me. They need to learn that where I live, only one side of the roads under their watch. The other side isn't owned by the housing company, its Council owned, and Bucks council don't use them on this site.. Keep chasing PPS, you'll not get a penny from me....
Agreed Cancellation Reversed – Unfair and Excessive PCN Enforcement
I had a very disappointing experience with Private Parking Solutions (London) Ltd regarding multiple PCNs issued on a residential estate.
I became aware of the issue on the evening of 3rd March and immediately applied for my permit. Despite taking prompt action, three PCNs were issued across 2nd, 3rd and 4th March, which feels completely unnecessary and excessive given that the permit process was already underway.
What is most concerning is how the situation was handled. I was offered a resolution in writing confirming that the PCN issued on 4th March (the same date the permit was added) would be cancelled and the matter resolved. I accepted this in good faith. However, shortly afterwards, this agreement was withdrawn following further internal discussions, leaving me in a worse position despite having already agreed to their proposal.
As a resident, any delay in the permit being activated was clearly administrative and outside of my control. Issuing multiple charges during this period is unreasonable and disproportionate.
I ultimately had to make payment purely to prevent my lease company (Hyundai Contract Hire) from automatically paying and adding additional administration fees. This was done under protest, not because I agreed with the charge.
Overall, the handling of this case lacked consistency, fairness, and transparency. Reversing an agreed resolution after it has been accepted is particularly concerning and does not reflect well on the company’s processes.

Saw a man taking a photo of my car which was displaying a blue disabled badge i tried to follow him and ask what he was doing he was wearing normal clothes and no uniform and just kept walking away although he could clearly hear me he practically ran away he eventually told me he was a traffic warden but i thought these wardens had uniforms anyway i asked him how long could i park there he informed me 30 mins so i set the alarm on my phone for 25 mins and when the alarm went off i went back to my car and nothing had been placed on my windscreen about parking a week later i get a parking ticket stating i had parked for 31 mins he has blatantly lied to me about the length of time allowed but hes also covered himself by stating i had stayed there for 31 mins looking at the photo of the signage there us no warning signage that this also applies to blue badge holders only words hidden amongst the jargon i would look normally for a blue disabled sign but did not see one thats why i went after the man to ask about disabled parking
He is a damn liar and i shall be disputing the charge and taking them to court immediately for causing distress as it is i am an army veteran and suffer from complex PTSD
I am extremely careful perhaps more so because of my fully diagnosed PTSD but what i cant abide is a liar who walks away when being questioned about something
Come Monday morning i shall be appealing this so called charge and issuing a civil claim against PPS LONDON LTD for the distress and inconvenience plus time wasted on this matter
Rats
Rats, parasites. Place were we usually park to go to the shop is dirty with no visible lines
Verbally abused and harassed by warden Bozhidar Raykov
I’m a female and was treated aggressively, abused and chased down by this dangerous warden Bozhidar Raykov after I questioned him taking a photo of our car after we only stopped for under 1 minute as we were lost. He is extremely dangerous and acts like a criminal running into local shops to hide after verbally swearing across the street at us even after we left the area.
One star because I cannot give a zero
One star because I cannot give a zero. These people are filth, pure and simple. Bullying and predatory.
Predatory
Avaricious, predatory and bordering on the criminal. A list of objections to them but just for one, they euphemistically 'manage' car parks of NHS which are often 100% full, thus a potentially ill person risks missing an appointment. They creep up to your car, avoiding the driver and take photos seconds after the driver has gone into the building. No paper ticket is left on the car. So for example if you have a series of appointments you don't know anything about it until you get a deluge of tickets. Can't understand why anyone hates estate agents when there are businesses like this. In Scotland parking at NHS premises is free. There is no safety issue. Please PLEASE write to your MP to get these scammers kicked out of NHS and medical facility car parks, and all their cronies.
Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. I appealed a ticked and have provided proof I was given and invalid permit when I move to my property, evidence of my checkin and the permit being on the audit, proof I live here and proof I now have the correct permit.
They are now failing to respond to my emails I assume to scam me out of paying a higher rate. I’ve sent 5 emails all have been ignored.
Bushey Medical Centre
Parked in the wrong space for 8 mins as I couldn't walk. My husband dropped off a letter and that was it. This was 5 days post major surgery.
Paid the £60. We didn't see the sign, honest mistake, but suffered the consequences as my health is more important than a parking fine.
Not great on the phone when I called. I was polite but the handler wasn't good at all.
Mark who was the man who took secondary photos on the other hand was kind, professional and polite and listened and delivered his promise.
PPS Parking Ltd is acting like a land…
PPS Parking Ltd is acting like a land mafia in the UK.
They have installed Illegal cameras in questionable locations and are unfairly targeting drivers.
I am an Uber driver. I recently dropped off a disabled passenger in a wheelchair at an alleyway near the Methodist Church in Hayes (UB3). The job was worth just £5. I was there for less than 2 minutes, ensuring the passenger was safely assisted — and yet, I received a £70 fine.
As Transport for London (TfL) licensed drivers, we are allowed to pick up and drop off passengers, including in 24-hour bus lanes, red and yellow lines, and loading bays — provided it’s safe and done responsibly. This is clearly stated in the TfL Driver Handbook.
Despite following the rules and prioritising the passenger's safety, I was taken to Hayes County Court over this fine. No one listened to my side of the story. Now I’ve been ordered to pay £255. It feels like the system is working hand-in-hand with these so-called land mafias, and honest drivers are suffering as a result.
Unfair parking charge for residents
Title: Unfair Parking Charge for Resident Unloading Tools
Reference number 410868346 LE18LPZ Vauxhall vivaro
I received a parking charge from Private Parking Solutions Ltd while unloading tools at my flat garage— at the very property where I reside. I had briefly left my van to carry heavy items inside and returned within minutes to continue unloading. Despite this, I was issued a charge without any consideration for the context or my status as a resident.
There was no clear signage indicating that short-term unloading would result in a fine, and no grace period was observed. I find this approach extremely unfair and predatory, especially towards residents who are simply trying to go about their daily lives.
I have submitted an appeal, but the process feels unnecessarily rigid and unsympathetic. I hope PPS reconsiders how it handles such cases and implements more reasonable policies for residents.

My 88 yr old father parked his car in Wakefield in the disabled parking bay with permit . The car park is lay on arrival but the machine was broken so he left my mum in the car and walked up to the next floor to get a ticket. …. No glasses keyed in slightly incorrect registration no and was sent a £100 fine . Also only get a receipt is if you key in email address but had banking proof . Company confirmed dad paid but incorrect details so refused to cancel in full he had to pay £20 cancellation fee . Feel like they are preying on vulnerable people and are age discriminating .
Private Parking Disgrace
Having used a rehearsal room for years, I and my colleagues were ticketed last week. No clarity of signage and with permission from the owner of the room.
This company will be the wrecker of small businesses as I am sure my appeal for a ticket will send me to the room I was renting and expect them to swallow the cost.
And this is what is wrong with private parking solutions. The consumer and business always lose and they make a healthy profit from us.

Jakub GAJEWSKI is the owner or PrivateParking solutions, Trying to scam me for doing my job, They say Under a contract with them I have to pay £60, I have never entered in a contract with PPS and MR Gajewski, If you did not read the sign you did not enter into a contract as you parked there by Mistake, also, Gajewski/ PPS has been noticed on their filing that £1.600.000 is in their bank
Scammers
Scammers. Gave me a ticket, I went to appeal on the portal and tried to submit 5 times and it kept reloading me to the main page again. I sent an email to them instead with the appeal and the evidence, month later I get a letter stating the charge has gone up as I didnt respond. I called and some old rude man answered the phone and who first said I didnt respond, then said yes he can see the email and then said either way your appeal is failed so you have to pay. I asked for POPLA ref number and he said email us, I sent them 3 email and one letter through post. 2 months later I got debt recovery letter, threatening to take me to the court. Which I am going to as I have enough evidence of their scamming acts.
