This year we had to renew both our gas and electricity contracts. Given our consumption, we were inundated by brokers like Procure Smart trying to get us to sign up with them. In total we received offers from 4 different brokers but Warren at Procure Smart offered us the best rate. Not only that but throughout the process Warren was extremely helpful, polite and unlike other brokers we dealt with, did not try push us into signing a deal. Warren made the whole thing so easy for us, we are really looking forward to working with Warren and Procure Smart going forward.

Both Steven and Callum spent dedicated time providing us with competitive utility costings. Always updating us with market fluctuations.
Sometimes a bit 'over enthusiastic' with the number of communications and calls. Nevertheless they delivered what was requested.
