Well structured and competitive offer
All the process was very organized and structured, it was really hard at the beginning to complete all the documentation cause they were very demanding on how to upload everything, but that gave me more confidence about the company. I decided to take the loan because of the tax they offer me was more competitive than others. I hope and I am confident I would have a great experience with Prodigy.

Unexplainable delay in the matching stage
I don't know what is going on but my loan matching is delayed for about a month now since i did my verification. My school resumption in UK is Sept 2025 and i have not made headway on my visa application and CAS because i believed Prodigy will match my application and provide loan confirmation letter soon. This delay is getting out of hand and it will be responsible of Prodigy to inform applicants on case-by-case basis why their application is delayed in the matching stage instead of sending generic email response to inquiries.
