They're untrustworthy. I'm sure they do part legitimate service and part fraud because there are some great reviews and bad. However, from my experience, I've fallen into the bad which is very unfortunate, because just like everyone else, I need my money's worth.

I received a product code for a Microsoft Home & Business and after activating it, the product code shown on my Mircosoft online account was different. They even pointed it out but couldn't help me further? Asked me to contact their email, but not once did they get back to me. Their NUMBER does not work! Dodgy much! Therefore, I believe it was a used product code hence it didn't work.

Even after telling them I need my money back, they did not respond at all. I feel like their service is a hit or miss because it's not entirely legitimate, so if you receive a "miss" like me, they won't really care about you. But if it worked, I'm sure they'd be more than happy to you help you because it's going to work. Lol.

I wouldn't risk it, so opt elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money.

Just finished a remote invervention with a very helpful young man called Eric. I was struggling to download the Microsoft Office software I had purchased and he was extremely patient and helpful. Thanks again Eric.

great service. Problem install solved quickly. very pleased. Note I have a poor internet connection. Downloading the main MS Office file took 5 hours. anyway it seems to fully function thanks to Eric

My PC crashed a couple of years ago and my local nice guy got it going again ... but I had lost MS Publisher.
I have lots of old .pub files so I have been wondering what to do. I'm the wrong side of 70! A google search led me to Productkey24 ... and tentatively I began my chat with Daniel. He was fantastic and patiently led me through the process of downloading the software.
This took a while because my internet was playing up. He stuck with me over an hour until all was good.
It restored my faith in good customer service. Thanks a million Daniel.

Purchased MS Office 2019 business early May but still waiting for the file download as Product Key24 provided an invalid MS licence key which they cannot or will not
correct. Despite various emails & contacting Microsoft support to verify invalid licence key Key24 have still failed to supply & refuse to refund my payment only offering a voucher for another product I do not require. Very unsatisfactory. Recommend do not use this firm for Microsoft products

I had purchased and installed Microsoft Office Home & Business 2019 from another source, not realising it did not contain Publisher. I subsequently purchased Publisher 2019 from ProductKey24. When I installed it, the key supplied would not work to activate the product. The problem seems to have been that my first purchase, though marked 2019 version, was in reality displaying Office 365 everywhere and stopped the Publisher 2019 activation key from working.

I contacted ProductKey24 and Mia Hudson came to the rescue. She went out of her way to find the problem. Once she had evidence that I did have paid versions of the other Microsoft products installed, she offered to supply me with the other programs (2019 versions) to replace those that prevented Publisher from being activated.

I had a long online chat with Daniel about the actual process and he was extremely helpful and patient. I stripped all the previously-installed Office programs from my computer and installed those provided by ProductKey24. The product-key supplied worked and all programs are now in working order. Daniel stayed with me until all was well.

I felt this was excellent service. ProductKey24 were not obliged to try to rectify someone else's problem but they did! And succeeded!

Really good service is rare these days. I would recommended ProductKey24 to anyone interested in purchasing software. If my experience is anything to go by, you will get the required follow-up if you have any problems. And you'll get it with good grace and bucketloads of patience!!

purchased a copy of windows 7 ultimate to run legacy programs. encountered activation problem, emailed the support and Mia Hudson came for the rescue. the system bounced into life. good service and excellent support from Mia Hudson. worth a million.

I had some issue with activation of Office and I was ringing Productkey24 office wrong time ( out of office opening hours).
But as soon I got hold of support staff and explain to them what is my issue.., staff was very helpful with good prompt communication and details what I need to do to overcome problem. This prompt communication gave me feeling that the support team strongly take care of customer until problem resolved. I do not hesitate to recommend highly " Productkey24" to my friends.

I had a problem activating individual apps within Office.
The support staff were great with their response time to my query and were excellent in helping me to resolve my issue. They were patient and polite at all times and were proactive in following up to ensure my issue had been fixed completely. A model for how all IT support should be. Thank you

Had a unactivated version of Windows 10 Home and bought by mistake a Windows 10 Pro product key. I asked for an exchange of license to activate my home version and got directed to send an email through their resolution email. The customer representative Mia Hudson accepted my request for exchange of product and was very helpful through the process of sorting my issue and issue a new key. 10/10 for communication, support and pricing.

I had some problems downloading tne Office Home and business software. Daniel at Productkey 24 was very patient and helpful in getting tbe problem solved. He saw the whole activity through to the succesful completion and ensured it was all operating as expected.

I had a few tricky moments with the installation of Office. Daniel came to help promptly, was very knowledgeable, and patient with me throughout several instructions. There was also a small problem with the licence key showing only 24 of the 25 characters, once again quickly solved. In the end it was all done well. Thank you.
