Amazing product, and even better customer service!!!

Delivery time is horrible! I ordered on April 24th and today is May 9th and I STILL HAVEN’T received my order. Customer service just keeps telling me to track it…at this point I want a refund!

I have been purchasing peptides from this company for awhile. I love the quality and also the discounts throughout the week. On top of that they even offer a point system for each order, you then can use those points towards coupons for your order. The check out isn’t that great but they are implementing new and easier ways to check out now. This company is by far my favorite peptide shop

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I purchased three vials of AOD , and after proper reconstitution using new bacteriostatic water and standard protocols, all three vials developed a gelatinous consistency. This clearly indicates a product quality issue.

I contacted customer support, but instead of addressing the problem or offering a solution, they simply suggested that I might be reconstituting it incorrectly. I have experience handling these products and followed correct procedures, so this response was both dismissive and unhelpful.

The lack of accountability and refusal to properly investigate or resolve the issue reflects very poor customer service.

I would not recommend this company based on both the product quality and the way they handle customer concerns.

Scam ! Asking for social security number ummmm no, photo of drivers license at the new check out site it takes you too !!! Tried to call no answer ! Emailed I was told I had to give the info for check out ! That’s insane! Sure I want identity theft! Extremely aggravating I’m behind 2 weeks now . Looking for a new company!all this changed at the first of April ! I emailed and was told I had to give the info to check out . I only use my CC a Credit Card online and to complete check out you have to answer those questions .
