Great Experience. Recently ordered two items from Profound Health and received them promptly and as promised. I have taken the time to do this review as I read other reviews on here and they could have put me off, if it wasn't for my coach who is a big fan of Profound Health. No sales support. Incorrectly filled paperwork for international shipment. You have chance of never receiving the goods and the sales will not respond. Buy elsewhere

I ordered three bottles of eye drops for over $100 and received products that expire in just three months. When I contacted the company, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they actually calculated how many drops I should use per day to finish them before the expiration date. Are you serious? That’s not customer service—it’s a joke. I expected better quality control and at least a reasonable response. Will not be ordering again.
do not order from this company customs is holding their products and you will not receive them. I believe it's due to their Russian origin. yet the company acts like they do fast shipping and they do not stand behind their product. There is no refund. Buyer beware

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Paid for fast shipping, took them over a week to even send. Shipping was nowhere near as quick as they charged for. Got no apology of any kind from the "customer service" clown. Never again. Avoid this mob.
