Was promised (on a phone call) that my two orders would've been combined resulting in no delivery charge. I complained via their email-bot because of no email confirmation - the eventual reply was that if I had combined my order, delivery charge would've been £9.99, despite a phone call when they assured me that a combined order would be possible with no delivery charge!!! Delay in staff response to email-bot forwarding its email complaint, not happy.
Don't try to email them - call them on the phone and be robust in your intentions and expectations!
Also, I had to download a 'Shop' app in order to view (limited) delivery info - not recommended.
In summary, not a good experience :(

Very helpful with product advise would recommend an use in the future

Ho acquistato ad aprile scorso un ProGreen tagliasiepi da 700 watt da Tecnomat. Diciamo che nel complesso sono soddisfatto ma, seppur taglia bene, ieri quando l’ho usato per la prima volta, ho riscontrato un difetto, che consiglio di correggere, relativo al fatto che il filo elettrico è cortissimo. Questa caratteristica secondo me negativa, purtroppo, favorisce il distacco continuo della presa di corrente dalla prolunga generando anche situazioni di pericolo nell’utilizzo del tagliasiepi. Per il resto, facile da montare e rapporto qualità/prezzo soddisfacente.

First time customer. My order arrived within the time frame, so all good there.
Found my order outside the house on arriving home, having received no communication from the courier. Not great but hardly ProGreen’s fault.

The two items I ordered were perfect for the job. My order was dispatched promptly and although I did keep changing the final destination it arrived where I wanted it. All round great experience for product and delivery.

Easy to order, good communication and quick delivery. What more could you want?

Buying it first time I was concerned I had bought the wrong stuff.

Fantastic product. I had horsetail coming through my tarmac drive after only a year been laid. Used a 4 litre mix up and blanket sprayed it and within a few days it was dead. I will keep doing it monthly to keep on top of it. Would definitely recommend it

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Very Disappointing Experience

I’ve recently received my A1 grass seed order from ProGreen. Before purchasing, I received a call from one of their advisers, which initially gave me confidence in the company. Unfortunately, that was the last meaningful contact I had.

Having been a loyal ProGreen customer for many years, I’m genuinely disappointed to say that our business relationship has now come to an end. The level of customer service has fallen well below the standard I had come to expect.

My concerns and dissatisfaction include:

* A lack of communication after the initial sales call.
* Poor customer service and little apparent interest in supporting customers once a sale has been made.
* Feeling like customer loyalty is no longer valued.

As someone who has spent a considerable amount of money with ProGreen over the years, I expected a much better level of after-sales service. Sadly, this experience has left me with no confidence in continuing to use the company, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

It’s disappointing when a company you’ve trusted for years leaves you feeling undervalued. I hope ProGreen takes customer feedback seriously and improves its service for future customers. I'm so annoyed as this year my lawn had not taken properly as the A1 garden seeds this year have been of a poor standard, you should be ashamed.

I have been a Progreen customer for quite a while. They have always been prompt and professional and this order was no exception. First class, prompt and competitive service.

We have been using ProGreen for some time, when I have had any issues trying to kill some weeds I have rang them and they have always been so helpful in suggesting how to resolve my issue. And the icing on the cake for me is they have changed there carriers so I no longer have to pay postage.

I had a problem with my order and customer service did not want to know and made no attempt to assist after repeated attempts. Product is ok and does the job but if you have any issue at all you are on your own. My advice is don't reward a company that doesn't care about it's customers and use someone who does. There are alternative products and sellers out there.

High price but competitive and seems significantly better than options around £150 online.
Spares availability and service kit options also add value.

As described and well packaged. The website is a go to for guidance on handling weeds. The product/weed table is a great resource.

I’ve ordered A1 lawn fertiliser for years and it’s the best I’ve found so far, even tried the other alternative (Amvista) on their website and it’s not as good. Therefore I would give five stars IF the delivery wasn’t so slow and the delivery prices so high.

Come on Progreen, sort these two things and you’ll be on to a winner!
