Poor service
On 14 March I was told car had been repaired and just needed to be cleaned. I was promised a call within the hour for pick up time. Nobody called me. When I rang back, I was told it wasn’t ready and they would get back to me with another date - which they didn’t. It was in fact the hire car company who told me my car was ready but when I turned up at Pronto nobody seemed to know anything about it. When I got home I realised that the car had not been cleaned and in fact was dirtier than when I took it in. Inside the boot was full of mud and so was the driver’s side mat. It was spotless when I dropped it off. It has been a shambles from start to finish and I certainly will not use Pronto or Enterprise Car Hire again.
Why so long
I had my accident on 24/06/22 pronto collected my vehicle on the 14/08/22 and I still don't have my vehicle back my truck needed a new buck and a small window apart from that there was no problems with it at all they are now saying there is water in the diesel line and this was an on going problem but they did ring me some 7 weeks ago to say the vehicle was ready and the day I was going to collect it I had a call to say the warning lights were on they never return my calls apart from when they wanted me to say it was part of the accident which is a lie I really wish I had never heard of pronto they have cost me a lot of money and I have now had to get a solicitor involved stay away

Run the other way
Had my accident in march car returned in August (this was the Kings Lynn Branch) No communication I had to phone them to see if the car was fixed. As the repair if I could give it a minus star I would 3 months done the track the wing pops up and the rear door trim is coming off. I returned to show them 4 weeks ago they said they would fix it not heard a word since all silence. I think the work is shoddy not professional and I hate to think what the workmanship is like on the work you cannot see. Never use them again and will advise others to do the same.Did as you asked sent my details to kings lynn and still the same response SILENCE .So My next to do is to contact my soliciter and the insurance complaints dept. Seems you have no respect for you customers.

End to end excellent.
My experience with Pronto was end to end excellent. After my accident I was contacted promptly by them and spoken to with empathy and compassion. My vehicle was collected very quickly and repaired as quickly as possible. Every contact I had with Pronto was excellent and they treated me as an individual. Really great personal service.

Avoid and go with someone else.
Pronto was the preferred garage of my insurance company after a collision. The repair itself took 3 months just to book in and then a further 3 months to fix for a reasonably simple repair. Impossible to get in touch with the company for an update. The phone number constantly rings out. Every now and again there is an option to leave a message but these are never picked up and returned.

Excellent customer service!
My insurance repair was handled by Sean or Shaun (not sure of the spelling).
He organised the replacement parts quickly and went out of his way to accommodate the fact I happened to be in Norwich the next day.
The whole logistics exercise was pressurised due to time constraints I was working to around an appointment in Newmarket later that day. He made sure that everything went smoothly and I was delighted with his efficient support throughout the process!

Avoid
My car was originally booked in for October 2022, but Pronto Norwich asked if I would delay it until the 22nd November 2022, which I agreed to. They later asked me if I would move it again into the new year, to which I said “No”, so they collected my car on 22nd November 2022 and returned it on 3rd February 2023! It took 10 weeks and 1 day to do a job estimated at 2 weeks!
I discovered that Pronto had took on more profitable work AFTER booking me in, which was why they wanted to push my work back until the new year. The parts were supposedly received late December 2022, but work didn’t start until 23rd January 2023 (I know this as I have a tracker that tells me when the car has been unlocked etc.).
The cost of my hire car, which was being paid for by the other party’s insurance, would have cost an obscene amount. The repair work to my car consisted of replacing a cracked rear bumper and smoothing a small dent in in the boot, which means the car hire probably cost a lot more than the repairs, which could be one of the reasons insurance premiums go up.
During this whole process, Pronto only updated me a couple of times during the final 2 weeks. Before that I was constantly having to chase them and being left in the dark.
I will never use Pronto again or recommend them to anyone.
Insist on a courtesy car
I was sent to this garage by my insurers for minor body work. With my insurance policy, I should have been given a courtesy car, but was persuaded that they would collect the car from me and return it the same day. This didn't happen. When asked, I was told that they never guaranteed the car would be returned the same day. I would never have agreed to this if it there was a chance that it would be longer than one day as I live in a small village without access to a bus service. I was lied to - a nasty way of doing business. Cheaper for them not provide a courtesy car and save money. 4pm the following day and I still don't have the car.

Just picked my car up! So so impressed. Keep trying to see where the dent was, impossible to see. Repair work amazing, and lovely clean car - looking like new. Well done guys - and THANKS!!!!

Everyone at Pronto was so friendly and helpful, after some initial confusion about the date of my repair this was quickly resolved by Rhys and the work was completed on schedule.
When I collected my vehicle it was like a new car! Shiny clean and sparkling, the repair job was amazing. Definitely a 5* service from start to finish!

In a world where delays and poor customer service have sadly become the norm we were delighted with the service we got from Pronto for our accident damage repair. Of course the insurance company they act on behalf of is also a factor, and we were very pleased to have chosen LV.
Particular thanks to Rhys who was fantastic throughout the process - efficient and friendly and superb at proactively keeping us informed of progress throughout. How rare is it that these days.
We were also impressed with the speed of the repairs especially with the New Year bank holidays.

Professional excellent service
They were incredibly professional from start to finish, and both Shaun and Jay kept me appraised of the situation throughout. I was very happy with the service, and the courtesy vehicle was excellent. They really could not do enough for me. Courteous and helpful at at times and particular thanks to Jay, who saw me through collecting my car. The work on my car was amazing, I was so pleased. I was amazed how good it was. Thanks to the guys to worked on it.

prestige dont make me laugh
prestige dont make me laugh, our vehicle came out worse than what it went in.
They dont care, lie to you through the process of the repair. our insurance company have recieved the photos of our vehicle and our npot investigating this further ad loking to allocate another bodyshop.
