Pronto Accident Repair Centre Reviews 

My insurance at the time recommended this company to repair my car after it had been damaged. Firstly it was meant to be going to the Peterborough branch as this is local to me, however it was driven 60 odd miles to Boston without my knowledge and I only knew as I checked the tracking that night. They had no actual reason to why it had been sent there. This was just the start of my nightmare. They NEVER call you to update you on the progress (despite saying they will) and most of the time you do try to call them they either don’t answer or have no idea what stage it’s at. After a few weeks and many calls to them they finally said my car was ready to come back and would be in contact in a couple of days. On the Monday of the following week I called them to find out when and guess what…the lady on the phone had told me the WRONG car details the previous week even after taking my car reg details! My car wasn’t ready!
Another week or so passed and FINALLY this time it was ready.
The car was delivered back to my place of work and the actual doors had been repaired very well and I was initially happy! The car had been valeted and the wheels on the damaged side were so clean I thought it was just the polish (my wheels are matt black) but after looking round the car on the undamaged side of my car and once you noticed you couldn’t un-notice the wheels have been painted GLOSS BLACK and the other side have been left MATT BLACK!!
I immediately called them and eventually got through, although as soon as I said who I was and my issue they seemed like they didn’t want to know and kept passing me from person to person, like it was a game. I even believe they hung up on my on one or more occasions.
Eventually they said they will get the wheels corrected, and even tried to claim it wasn’t their fault as they out source the wheels to a third party. They did sign off the paintwork and wheels on the quality control check sheet though so clearly they don’t actually check anything!!!
They said it could be a week or so before they could collect it again as they had no courtesy cars available so I agreed to wait to hear back…but guess what after a week no calls so I called them again and it didn’t appear they was even trying to get me one.
I will say at this point I had contact with a lady called Rebecca at the Boston branch who was lovely and she was the only person who always did what she said she would and got things moving. If only she had been involved from the start things I’m sure would have been so much better! Rebecca got a car out to me the following week and my car was taken ironically to Pronto in Peterborough where the car should have gone to from day one. She really was the only good thing about this company!
It came back a week later and finally I was happy and had my car back and could end this stressful nightmare.
This Boston branch is unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy and I really don’t think they care about customer service at all. Yes the body work was good, but everything else has been a shambles and I wouldn’t put my worst enemy through then so please consider taking your car somewhere else!

I have to say the team were amazing,prompt and kept me informed of parts arrival then completion, in fact, my car was ready much quicker than I was originally quoted. They said it may be 2 - 4 weeks but I collected it in 2 weeks!! Overall, impressed with the courtesy of both Sean & Rhys who were very pleasant and professional to deal with, nothing was too much trouble.
I highly recommend there their excellent service.

Great Service. Dropped car off and Rhys explained the process to me. I let him know that I needed the car returned quickly as I was due to go out of town. He pushed the car through and got it back to me early, while keeping me informed during the repairs. He even delivered the car to my house when it was finished. Excellent service and top quality job. Great service my car was picked up from my work place and I was given a courtesy car. Car was ready within two days can't fault the service at all. Shaun was very good and helpful got things sorted ASAP.

Took car in for a bumper fitment issue causing rattling. Fixed within 15 minutes, screw replaced free of charge. Great service, will be returning.

Not happy with service as car was coming back for fixing 2x times, also heard workers saying pay peanuts,get monkey job… what really i didn’t get, but after speaking to my friend who works there.. he sai they look for way to cut money out of workers,so workers would be forced to work as they now owed money to come for working in company… interesting 🧐

Rhys made the whole ordeal so simple. From arranging a car for me and having my car repaired. Looked like a new car once done. Customer service was absolutely fantastic.

kept informed all the way.... he realy went out of his way to make the whole ordeal painless....in my eyes you[the management] want to give the man a pat on the back... the way he deals with you is how its done ,no Bulls**t just plain talking

and last but not least the car valetars .. can swear blind its had a machine polish

Not recommend, ignored after my request for warranty repair.

Will never use them again and will not recommend that company to anyone.

Excellent service from Pronto especially Rob Parton who deals with us in a very professional and courteous manner. Exceeded the suggested time it would take and got our vehicle back to us so quickly we were very impressed and grateful. Thank you so much.

The most awful car repair centre. Can never get hold of them, waited 2 months to get booked in, a month to get the job done. Collected to find the refurbished wheel rim was kerbed by the valet company, the replacement tyre was a cheap unknown brand, and best of all, they put the wrong valve in the rim, so my Tyre Pressure system is flashing read not working and the rim/tyre is still dropping pressure overnight. I am struggling to get any response for remedial work, although I am not sure I trust them if they are happy to release an unsafe car. I should have known it would be trouble when I turned up to collect the car, a guy with Audi TT repair was complaining, and a woman with red Civic couldn't start her car as the battery was flat. I had to chase up through the Insurance company, and i am told I have to wait 2 weeks before they will do anything about me driving a car with slow puncture due to their 'repair' work.

Ashleigh and Ben were very helpful and pleasant when we brought our Mini in on the off chance for a minor repair. They rectified the problem in the car park there and then in a very efficient manner. We are extremely grateful. THANK YOU.

Thank you to Rhys for all his kindness, understanding and hard work in getting my car back to me as soon as was possible. Despite the fact that he had to work with such an awful and in helpful company (Auxillis) ) who instructed the work on behalf of my insurance …they did a great job and Rhys is the only one who really helped and made things easy when we finally got there so thank you 😊

Rhys at Pronto dealt with my car when it needed to come in for repair following a minor road accident collision. He was very friendly and down to earth and had a really positive energy.
Rhys kept me up to date with the progress on my car repairs which was really helpful; the repairs were completed quickly and to a high standard.
Upon collecting my car Rhys went above and beyond helping out with a tricky car seat transfer also, which I was extremely grateful for.
I would recommend Pronto based on the service that I received.
