I’ve used Propeller Travel a number of times for complex bookings; they’ve always been extremely helpful and quick with my requests. Most recently I contacted them during the COVID crisis for help changing a non-flexible booking; they responded very quickly and were able to help with the booking change.

Following a recommendation, I engaged Propeller Travel Management to assist with a specific trip I had in mind. The team were quick and professional in their responses and were able to book the exact trip I had in mind at a competitive price.
I would highly recommend. Definitely my go to for high end and complicated travel plans.

It was a real boon to have booked last autumn through Propeller Travel as the world stopped flying in the late spring/early summer. I was kept informed of the possibilities for refund or travel voucher. Various agents persisted in pressing our case as airline customer services jammed up and refunds came through in the end.. I will certainly use them again.

Extremely helpful and proactive in finding fares which I could not find using standard booking engines. Fully recommend.

Wonderful Wedding and Honeymoon Travel! Some months back, I contacted Propeller Travel (having been a happy customer before) with what I thought was an unusual request: could they help arrange flights and hotels for our upcoming wedding and honeymoon. Naomi jumped on the case, said Yes! and got right to work.

Naomi was on top of it: she researched and suggested hotels for us in Maui and the resort for us in French Polynesia. She also worked with each property to make sure we were looked after and that everything went off without a hitch. She also worked with their ticketing team to make sure our flights were a success -- and helped us apply a BA GUF so we could upgrade our flights.

And the trip was amazing. In Maui, the resort had a little gift for us to celebrate our wedding. We also had a few special requests that they were totally on top of. In French Polynesia, the resort was perfect -- everything and more than we could hope for.

Our wedding wouldn't have been the memorable event it was without Naomi and Propeller Travel. I would give her and Propeller a 6th star if I could -- and will be a customer again.

Excellent travel agency with exceptional staff

Responsive team despite the BA strikes and hurricane situation in Florida. Very useful if you would like a different flightpath or if you want/need to add longer layovers.

Initial customer service was great when I was booking a complex, multi leg return set of flights. However, two of my flights were unilaterally cancelled. It was only by chance that I noticed this, Propeller didn’t update me to let me know. If I had not followed up, I would have been stranded. When I tried to get in touch to ask about this problem, none of Propeller’s phone lines worked. This was pretty worrying! When on my trip, I rang to ask for advice about the Heathrow airport strikes as they were going to impact my travel. Nobody returned my call despite being assured that somebody would. Consistently poor service that was really frustrating and disappointing to have to deal with.

Great service from booking through to helpful advice when my flight was cancelled. Thoroughly recommend.

I have used Propeller Travel for several years now and have never been let down. They are knowledgeable (very), patient and extremely friendly to deal with. They have gone the extra mile for me whenever I have a question and I am never made to feel like a nuisance. They have looked into itineraries and always find something that is either better priced or a better schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an intelligent, capable and trustworthy independent travel agent.

Definitely recommended for complex travel bookings. Customer support usually replies fast and works practically 24 hours, also during the weekends. Works especially well for frequent fliers who are looking for competitive business (or first) class prices. Usually the first response comes within a few hours and even the most complex cases (like mine) are handled promptly. Propeller also tries to keep you updated if finding proper flights takes longer than usual.

Excellent service, very reasonable fee, "out of the box" thinking in terms of finding the best routes, availability etc, and very knowledgeable as far as BA GUFs are concerned.
Also, when it matters most, if changes need to be made to a booking they are handled promptly and efficiently.

Used them now a number of times, and will continue to do so.
