It has been my absolute pleasure working with Proper API and André in particular. Proper API has the approach of putting their clients first, which is important for this brunch of business. André had a very thorough explanation of my options and was eager to answer all of my questions. It is clear that he is a talented professional helping his clients make the best decision possible. There is also an option of having WhatsApp support which comes in handy in particular cases. I am very satisfied with ProperAPI and André in particular when it comes to managing my personal finances and growing wealth.

I really liked the service I received from André, he was always professional and objective. I discussed several topics I had in mind (like real estate investment, stocks investments, taxes, insurances) He was honest with his advice about what is worth to do now and what is better to wait (I.E: As blue card, it's better for me to wait for the permanent residence for better real estate investment options)

I can really recommend their services.

Being a foreigner who arrived two months ago in Germany, having access to vital information only available in German is a challenge, so I booked a free call with Proper API. Mr. Klingsporn was the specialist assigned to my case, and it was truly awesome. There are so many things I didn't know about tax policies and investments, so I will definitely get back to them soon.

I came across proper-api online. My experience with them has been quite comfortable and convenient. They suggested things to me that are in my best interests rather than pushing me for everything. Andre explained everything in a detailed manner and with patience. I have signed up with them and hope to have a similar smooth experience in future.

I was a client of André Gueit during his financial advisory services in Proper-Api. The conversation we had was very open and insightful. To preface this, this is probably not reflective of the company values and perhaps only a particular consultant. At least I’d like to believe that. I want to also preface this by saying that I am a very friendly, introverted and sympathisch person who isn’t quick to get offended at all. I also took some time to process before I posted this review so this is not a “rant”.

I was in discussions with a consultant and had about 2 or 3 appointments. The consultant appeared to be quite knowledgable and competent. But lacked serious people skills / basic empathy and absolutely rude.

I don’t want to go into all details because it includes my health conditions but I have to summarise, I was asked very personal questions about my health which I didn't want to divulge. I tried to go around it without outright saying it because I was uncomfortable. He then starting behaving in a rather rude manner. He basically then threatened me that he will be able to see all my health details anyway so to just tell him the truth. After which I felt pressured and awkward and told him (that I am in psychotherapy for depression after I lost family members to covid).

I understand that trying to hide this was probably not the best move on my part but I simply was not comfortable going into such deep personal details, and I should not be expected to. I understand that details are needed for choosing the right insurance product but was that really the way to go about it?

And I have spoken to other consultants in other companies who asked me for information in a balanced and neutral manner, which is truly enough.

After divulging this information, the consultant basically lost interest in selling me any insurance products, and told me he will talk to me when my husband is back. On the day of the appointment, my husband was not in Germany and not employed in Germany at the moment so I got on the scheduled call without him thinking I will summarize the situation for him. But the consultant refused to discuss with me and told me to ask for a termin when my husband is present and abruptly ended the call. It was very strange and rude.

I don't want to assume immediately that this was a sexist thing, it was probably just because my husband is the higher earning member perhaps, however it is still not better.

Why will my husband now hire you? Is this how you will get clients to trust you? I dont think so. We are more than just numbers on your client list, we are people, please remember that.

Initially, I was bit skeptical to go ahead with a financial advisor, but they proved to be the best choice. They assisted me in pension insurances, disability insurances, and investment strategies, and their open and honest advice backed up by facts addressed all my concerns. The accessibility and support they provided whenever I needed them were remarkable.

Special thanks to Andre and Lukas for being friendly, understanding, and helping me throughout the entire process, lifting a significant burden off my shoulders. For me, it was a long process, but they exhibited great patience and dedication, and in the end, everything worked out beautifully. My wife and I are both highly satisfied with their consultation, and I wholeheartedly recommend proper-api as an excellent financial advisor. Their punctuality, data-driven consultations, overall expertise, and their ability to handle lengthy processes with such grace truly set them apart!

I had a great experience working with Proper API, I approached them to learn about tax saving strategies, and potential investment opportunities, and also real estate.
