Remortgage was mainly dealt with by Jessica. I found her to be really helpful, always keeping me up to date with various correspondences between the mortgage company and solicitors

I have used Green mortgages for my last 3 remortgages. The whole team are so efficient and find you the best deal possible. My recent remortgage was looked after by Jack and Georgia who kept me updated every step of the way. They constantly checked for better deals and changed my deal on 4 separate occasions because they found a better rate.
I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again when my deal expires.

The process was really straight forward and Georgia and Jack were always on hand if I had any questions. If they were unavailable another member of the team would happily step in to answer any questions.
I was kept up to date throughout the process and it was a lot less stressful than searching for everything myself.
Green Mortgages were recommended by a family member who uses them and I would highly recommend too!

From an initial post I noticed on Instagram, and our first conversation with Conor (business consultant), 1hr later, to completing our new mortgage offer, took around 5 weeks.

Conor passed us onto Tom (mortgage/protection advisor) who searched the market for the remortgage products available to us.

From this point on we were in regular communication via WhatsApp messages, emails and phone calls with Zach (broker support) and Amy (admin team manager).

Most of our email and phone contact, once our product was sourced, was from Nina (admin team manager), who kept us up-to date with each stage of the process.

It was a simple, smooth process from start to finish.

Great experience! Made the process pretty seamless. They kept in regular contact with us and were flexible in their communication with us with calls/emails/whatsapps (I am rubbish with my personal phone during working hours). Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

From the very start, the service was outstanding. I was given clear, helpful advice and all the support I needed to make the right decision. Once we had our first offer, Nina kept in touch every week with updates on rates and let us know if a better deal became available. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
