Several phone calls from mobile numbers trying to arrange an appointment with me. I made an appointment but then never received a phone call or response from them. Doesn’t fill you with confidence when looking for a new mortgage deal. They didn’t even have the courtesy to reply and apologise for missing the appointment. We spent time getting all our documents ready and set time aside for nothing. I will be looking elsewhere.

Great experience with Nina and the team. They constantly kept me updated with current rates over a period of 6 mths making sure I had the best product patiently waiting for my planning permission to come through. I would definitely use them again and recommend them .

Good negotiating and kept me updated

These guys asked for way more details than any other provider and offered me a rate much higher than just normal high street banks so it was a wasted exercise... but more annoyingly I have been getting continual sales calls from them for months and despite telling them to stop ringing and them promising to remove me from call lists the calls keep coming. They always call from a different mobile number too so blocking their number doesn't work.

I have dealt with Jack and Georgia on a previous mortgage and remortgage and they were both brilliant. We used green mortgages again for our new mortgage and again the service has been brilliant.

Always kept up to date with where we are at to the point where Georgia was updating us with more details than the estate agents, when a previous house fell through!

Will continue to use Jack for our mortgages as he is very knowledgeable and always finds us the best deal. The process has always been made so easy and they both would touch base to check in on our house search.

Can’t thank them enough for their help and always recommend to any friends looking for a mortgage!

This team under promise and over deliver. Jack and Georgia were an amazing team. Saved us over £3k a month, meaning we could actually over pay our mortgage, save and do nice things like holidays. We thought it would take 4-6 weeks, we were completed in 3. Proper communication at all stages and easy to deal with. Worth a talking with. Will use them again.

I dealt with Ian initially, and then Nina. Throughout my whole remortgage, everything was smooth. Nina did weekly check-ins, sometimes more if needed and kept me up to date with everything relevant and chased the teams needed on my behalf. I contacted Green mortgages after being given the runaround by other companies. Initially Conor was absolutely fantastic in his fact finding on our current position he really took the time to understand where we were and what we wanted to achieve. Michael came back with a number of options we didn’t think where available at this time too us. Once we had decided and went through the process Jess was fantastic. I was away on holiday whilst I was completing Jess made sure that I was kept up to date and made sure the conveyancer was staying on track to ensure that everything went smoothly.
