I signed up to the PropertyX Program Feb 2023, completed the 12 month program, and continue to stay on within the community purely because the value Justin brings is phenomenal. If anyone is on the fence about signing up for education or mentoring from Justin and his team, I recommend you do it. They are supportive, encouraging and willing do everything they can to support your learning as you go through the process. I honestly cannot fault the experience I have had.

My partner and I had been discussing property investment for quite some time and were bewildered by all of the terms and jargon associated. Property just seemed like a minefield. We looked for a mentor, found Justin and have not looked back.

He has so much knowledge, is really approachable and can assist with each stage that you need. Property is not for the faint hearted, it can be stressfull but it is also very rewarding and you never stop learning.

Working with Justin has been bliss, we have made some real strides with our business. Having Justin as a mentor, especially if you are new to property really is worth every penny.

Highly recommend Justin and the program. The weekly sessions keep your accountable, the pre-recorded content gives a very thorough breakdown on all you need to get started on your proper journey whether it be BRRR or Sourcing and Justin makes a real effort with his advice and truly wants the course members to be successful. We recently had the first mastermind day which was a great way to spend time with like minded people and learn about others experiences.

Property X program was fantastic and useful. I am enjoying every bit of it and I can't wait to attend the coming meetups

This program has been a life changing experience for myself. Since I’ve joined the program in April 2022, Justin has helped me purchase my first, second and third BTL property in the space of 10 months! Going from not knowing anything about BTLs to owning 3 is incredible which wouldn’t have been possible with Property X and Justin!

I attended the inaugrial Property X in-person training day. I found it invaluable and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get into property investing. Justin was clearly well prepared and was able to share lots of interesting insights, experiences and knowledge.

I attended the first Property X training day recently, it was excellent. Great to meet Justin at last, he structured the session really well and was happy to answer any questions that were raised in the room. Infact, the session ran over 45 minutes late because Justin wanted to make sure no-one left with any unanswered questions. Would recommend to friends and family who are planning on or just curious about property investment.

The program was a great help during the purchase of my first btl. Having been let down by a previous trainer, I was cautious when joining. However, I’m thoroughly grateful for the support Justin has given me. Some months I was motivated, some months I wasn’t, but regardless Justin offered me great support and encouragement when purchasing my first btl. I recommend for beginners that need a sounding board or opinion.

I attended the first property x training day on Saturday. It’s was nice to finally meet Justin in person. I just want to thank Justin for all of his help, he’s willing to answer any questions I have regarding property and the level of content he provides his property x members is amazing! I purchased the Property X Program as I was interested in buying my first investment property. I had been following Justin on YouTube for some time and found his videos very informative. The program has been well designed and is split into three modules, with videos walking through the property process, key terminology etc. After finishing the modules, I felt well informed and ready to start viewing properties. The support in terms of calls is a real standout. Justin takes the time to answer questions and in a matter of months I purchased my first investment property. The spreadsheets/templates also provided have been super helpful. Overall, I would recommend the program if you’re starting out in your property journal, you won’t regret it!

Without Justins knowledge and feedback I'd still be trawling the internet to find the information I needed to step foot into property investing. Upon completing the program I took the plunge and bought my first investment property and now have more in the pipeline. Justin has always been on hand to answer any questions and queries I had, from getting set up, to working through figures on potential rentals. Without Justin this wouldnt have been possible!
